My hand silenced his mouth. He tried to fight, but I exerted so much strength that he gasped. “Stop struggling, it's useless," I whispered in his ear.

Our bodies pressed together had the same effect as the first time we met. He froze when I rubbed myself against him. I affected him as much as he affected me. This was good news for me. I was not in this predicament alone. I convinced myself.

“What brings the Alpha King Lycus to my territory?” I asked. “I think it's very bold of you to enter the coven like that.”

“It seems so, Your Highness. Remember they tried at the border tunnel,” Tristan said in response.


“Brother, how did you escape the tunnel, I am curious,” Leonardo asked with an innocent face. 


“He was prepared before he went in. That’s all you need to know,” Tristan snapped. 


“How dare you snap at me? I am his highness’s brother; you have no right to talk to me in that tone!” Leonardo yelled at Tristan.


“Tristan, apologize to Leonardo immediately,” I barked out. Tristan looked at me and I stared down at him in command. The coven council members looked pleased with my outburst. So this is how they wanted things to be?


“I apologize your highness, Leonardo. I spoke out of turn.” Tristan acknowledged in a fake apology while Leonardo ignored him. 


As entertaining as this was, I need to end this quickly as I had almost accomplished my plan.
