Uriel clenched her fists, her nails digging into her palms as she watched Belial streak toward the monstrous dragon.
The wind from the battlefield carried the scent of sulfur mixing with the oppressive energy emanating from the Black Wall and the dragon itself.
She still wanted to act and lash out and fight, to do something rather than just stand and watch. But Gabriel's glare held her in place.
"You can see it, Uriel," he said with firm voice. "The monsters are getting stronger. Something is changing."
