Ella stood front and center, and she let out a scream of terror when the curtain opened to reveal the monstrous visage of the play's antagonist.
"Argh!!!!!!!!!!"
The wolf reached out, seized her by the throat, and yanked her out of the carriage. Forcing Ella to the ground violently, the wolf was going to scrape its claws over her face when he felt a stronger set of claws plunge into his back.
The claws ached so much that he grunted in agony and collapsed to his knees. Not even the King's servants had to inform him who it was. The King had the strongest claws of anybody.
When Spenser spotted the dummy attempting to harm Ella, he was filled with a fury he couldn't explain.
Bringing his claws out of his skin, he scratched the rogue's face and neck till the rogue fell the dead on the floor, a new type of death.
The remaining bandits began to flee.
Ella was out of breath as she peered at the Alpha King who stood before her.
