A Day of Magic Part 8

"Oh, I can just see the ads for it now." Dax said, jokingly playing along. "Will destroy a city for no extra cost!"

"Drakie will be back." Drakie said, flying off of Dax's head. He continues to climb into the distance until he was a faint dot on the horizon.

"Drakie left…" Dax said.

"Did he say why?" Fey asked.

"Just that he would be back." Dax replied. "I hope the little guy will be okay."

"Did he live a long time before he met you?" Fey asked.

"Yeah." Dax said. "I am sure he will be okay."

"So, what do you want to do now?" Fey asked, "You tried wind and I think it was even more destructive than fire somehow and that is saying something."

"It did have a little kick to it." Dax said jokingly. "I guess I could try water next."

"Great…" Fey said, as she backed away. "Water… I am sure it will be perfectly safe, and in no way end in a catastrophic flood that destroys the entire forest and threatens the city and everyone that lives in it…"
