Chapter 781 Dungeon Exploration pt 3

While Rex and his group were traveling through their corridor

"Everyone listen. Do not hesitate to take a chance at killing something. Try to not take any hits. If you need time to actually try and fight against something let us know." Rex spoke.

He had a feeling at the end of the corridor would be something to allow part of them to pass and some not. He was not sure.

Several giants appeared in the corridor. Their strength and size making a good chance for multiple people to fight them.

"My beautiful women, please come forward first." Rex spoke.

They happily took to the ten giants. They mercilessly took out three with just their Qi range alone.

War God took to one by herself. Her battle tactics showed how much improvement she had since being with Rex. It may not have been grand like others. Her skills and instincts allowed her to battle smoothly.

The next one fell as she spun sliced his calf from the side. A scream of pure pain and rage came from the giant. He tried to hit War God but to no avail. Finally, her sword made it across its neck.

Within seconds, the giant was dead. The crowd roared with excitement. Watching her battle was something else for the humans are them.

"Thank you all." She spoke.

The other two giants weary of these women. Then it happened a Moon appeared in the corridor. The two moons felt their power rise and it was actually spectacular at their power level rise.

"Foresight Killing Move: Dance of the Dead"

"Generational Moon Move: Slice the whole in two"

Each blade seemed to dance with superior skill. Morrigan's blade first seemed to make multiple copies of itself above the giant it came crashing down like a single wave hitting a certain spot.

The giant was split into two right then and there. It's insides also were split in two, then it's arms began to split open, and finally the legs split open.

As for the last moon champion, all attacks seemed to just be hitting randomly. Until they slit the giant's calf and then the throat. Once the giant fell, it died on impact.

"Good job. Let us move on." Rex praised.

Next up was several flying beasts.

"Let me have them. I hate shit that flies, I hate shit that flies and is fast, and finally if it flies, is fast, and looked like it wants me for a snack. Forbid, I have any weapon that can match its speed or make it become a crawler on the ground." The shortest man spoke.

"He hates a lot of stuff." Rex thought.

He brought out a single hammer. Each step seemed to shake the corridor and the air inside the corridor.

"Eat Shit you pieces of Shit!" He yelled and smacked the ground with his hammer.

The entire floor instantly traveled up. Killing the pests in their spots. Not even the blood from them was left.

"Good riddance." He spoke like a madman.

"Alright. Come on now." Rex spoke.

Several small beasts tried to attack the group. Everyone else took care of the small fries. Whatever was at the end, they all knew was meant for their leader.

As they came across a black spot in the corridor. Rex stopped them he knew whatever was there was about to attack.

Sure enough, a slitted red eye glared at the group before moving away and a large wyvern was before the group.

"Bow before me worthless Mortals and I will grant you access to the exit alive." The wyvern spoke.

"Well, that is after problem. Currently, we are trying to find the end of the dungeon." Rex laughed it off.

"Demon King of Annihilation, it is surprising to see a caliber of yours in this dungeon. I cannot battle you but you have yet to battle anything in here. So instead, I asked the very end for a deal with you and he will allow it only this time. Do you wish to take a deal?" The wyvern asked.

"Sure." Rex replied.

"Allow me to fight against my nemesis the Black Serpent while with you. This corridor will be considered a passable grade. If we win against it, the corridor will show that you have defeated this corridor. If we fail, you will be teleported back here to fight against me."

Rex thought that it was a win-win deal either way.

"Sure. I get to destroy only one creature and get two passes." Rex said.

"Not you alone destroy it. You and I together. It is far stronger than myself. It has scales as hard as diamonds, it's poison even more changing than a acid pool with stuff being dumped in constantly.

I can fight it for ten minutes before we both faint from the damage from each other. During that time close to the five minute mark, that will be your greatest chance to kill that bastard of a serpent claiming to become a dragon before me."

Rex thought it was funny how he spoke of the serpent.

"Enter through the door behind me."

As the wyvern descended back into the Labyrinth. A door with three symbols all glowed.

A bug glow, an arm with strength on it, and a wyvern. Each one Rex knew that was the passing grades of their group.

"It sucks to suck if we cannot all pass." Rex thought.

He was for sure that the passing would only work for those that cleared their parts. He had no idea how to trigger the symbols again.

As the group exited. The familiar webbing from the Spider was in front of them.

Beside his corridor, the Ancient Zuggurant just simply laid back on a stone chair he made.

"Welcome everyone." He smiled.

"Why did a moon appear here and where are the spiders?" Rex asked.

"Unknown. Probably something to do with the corridors." He replied.

"That makes a lot of sense from what I saw."

It was not until later that he got the confirmation from the Spider how he had to deal with their corridors.
