The Anger That Conquered

Marissa froze there. She came with divorce on her mind. She thought she was an obstacle to his happiness. The happiness was never hers and Blake deserve someone better.

"I really didn't have any explanation to give to you…I guess it is better for you to ask yourself first." He walked upstairs before stopping in the middle, "Thinking you came here to fix our problem, I am sooo happy and what with the divorce? If that is the reason you came. I suggest you go home and I will send what you wanted the most, soon!" The frustration was so clear in Blake's voice. He left Marissa, who was still confused, alone, thinking about what she wanted the most.

The silence that was now covering the whole house made Marissa weakly walk to the door. "Soon?" She muttered the word. She was the one asking for it but why did she feel her chest tightened? It hurt so much that she bent and clenched a part of her dress around her chest. Moaning because of the pain, she held onto the wall.
