They Finally Meet Again

The air in the room was tense as both Wanda and Blake refused to back down.

"I already said, I need to talk to my daughter alone," Wanda reiterated.

Blake's eyes were sharp, but there was a hint of respect in them. "I don't think I can leave her alone with you."

"Excuse me? What do you take me for? Am I some kind of bad person who would hurt my own daughter?" Wanda's tone grew harsh, and she frowned, her forehead creased in anger.

"I didn't mean it that way. I just need to be by her side. Can't you talk to her while I'm present?" Blake insisted.

As the argument in the room intensified, Marissa reached out and gently held onto Blake's hand, seeking to reassure him. He immediately turned to look at her, his eyes meeting hers.

"Are you sure?" Blake asked, concern etched on his face.

Wanda scoffed at the question from Blake, feeling hurt inside. It was not as if she was going to attack or harm her own daughter.
