Missing 3

When Whitney got to Sandra's house, the police were already present. They asked a round of questions and were ready to leave. Kelly stood with Caro, he was terrified, but he did not dare show it.

He remembered the day his two sisters left in a strange van. At that time, the neighbours had said that there would never return. It was almost one hour since he called Whitney, and he was beginning to fear that his two sisters were about to break their promise to him and leave. Even if he had all this thought, he did not make a fuss. He promised Gracey that he would be well behaved.

Just as he was overcome with fear, he saw his sister. "Big sister," He ran over and hugged her. Seeing the police car that was ready to leave, Whitney became more scared. She had hoped and prayed on her way that her brother had made a wrong call.

It had only been a few days, and her sister was already missing. After comforting her brother, she met with Sandra's mother to find out the situation.

"We have checked everywhere, and the police have asked questions. Following the clue, it seems your sister was indeed adapted. But they insisted on waiting for twenty-four hours before they lunch a search. After all, it might be that your sister is just throwing a teenage tantrum, " Sandra's mother replied.

"Twenty-four hours? " Whitney was surprised. She did not expect that the police would not care about her sister's life just because of a slight possibility.

" Hmmm, since no one saw her get kidnap in such a place, the police feel that she might have left on her own, " The woman replied. She felt that she was unlucky that such things had happened in her house.

"How is that possible? Since my sister brought my brother along, she would not leave him just like that," Whitney said. She knew that Gracey would indeed not act too rashly, but the police had already gone. Even if they were still present, they might not listen to her. Her sister was in her rebellion stage, so anything was possible.

After knowing the general situation, she thanked the family and left with Kelly. When they arrived home, Whitney helped her brother freshen up.

"Would Gracey be fine?" Kelly asked. When the police asked a few questions, he heard some girls saying that his sister would never be found.

"Are you kidding me? Do you think there is a person in Sun city that would dare kidnap the Prye of the devil?" one of the girls disagrees.

"Of course, no one dares. This is why I am sure these people are connected to him," Another joined. The police did not say anything, and his sister just brought him home.

He was worried that the girls would be right and he would not see his second sister again.

" The police would definitely find her, " Whitney replied. Although she did not believe this, what else could she tell a six year old child?

"But at the party, those ladies said that the devil was the one who took her away," Kelly said. He felt that his sister was lying to her.

"Those people are talking nonsense," Whitney shook her head. If there was anything good about the man was the fact that he kept his word. If he had given her three months, then he would not do anything before then. "Besides, none of them saw Gracey been taken away. Perhaps she left with a few friends," Whitney had no choice but to borrow the police's words.

Kelly nodded, but Whitney could tell that he did not believe it." What else did those girls say?" Whitney asked.

"They are sure it's the devil. They said no one else would dare touch his Prey," Kelly said. When Whitney heard this, she could not help but feel the same.

The news she came up with had spread so much the devil would not shoot his own feet by exposing her, so he could only make a move by himself.

Thinking in this direction, the fear Whitney had increased. She thought of who she could ask for help. After thinking for a while, she suddenly remembered her father's close buddy. The two of them had gotten a job simultaneously in Smart cooperation.

They were in different departments. A year ago, this old buddy got promoted and left sun city to work in a side branch. Although the man had left, she believed that he would still be able to have little connections to help her.

"Go to bed," Whitney kissed her brother before returning to the sitting room. She did not want to scare the little guy. After all, she was not sure of what the content of the conversation would be.

Whitney took a deep breath before she pressed the call button. She did not know if he would answer the call, as nobody dares to go against the devil.

"Little Whitney," The call was picked up quickly. Whitney was both surprised and relieved. Since he took her call, he might not call them off.

"Uncle Felix, good evening," Whitney tried her best to sound calm. No matter how anxious she was, she was scared that he might have picked up the call by mistake.

"Little Whitney, how are you doing," Felix asked. He had been expecting this call since his good friend dead. He did not dare to go over because he knew the situation.

"I am not fine. Gracey is currently missing. I think she was adopted at the party. Uncle Felix can you help me," Whitney said. She knew there was no point beating around the bush.

"Oh," Felix said. It was evident from his voice that he was not surprised to hear this bit of information.

"Can you help? I just want to know if she is fine," Whitney said. She also knew that the man's hands were tied. Who would really dare go against Kevin Smart?

"I will make some calls and find out the situation. If there is any news, I will let you know," Felix said.

"Thank you so much," Whitney replied. She did not know if he was really going to help or if he just said that because he did not know how to reject her. But whichever was the case, she was grateful after all, it showed that he still cared about them.

Whitney also knew that even if he wanted to help, he might be unable to do anything. She just hoped to get some clues. At the very least, she wanted something to hold on to.
