The Tutorial 1

After thinking very hard between the choices and each of their potentials she finally decided and pressed the button featuring magic,

there was a reason she choose this option, besides all the flaws this field has, Myla deemed it to have the best potential since this field is supposed for people who want to depend on themselves, besides cultivation

right after that, she felt the same force as before pulling her forward again, this time it seems towards one end of the universe,

but space teared up not long after, and Myla found herself in a medieval military training ground, with all kinds of weapons lined up on one side and 2 dummies

[Tutorial 1/4]

[Title: Weapon Proficiency]

[Objective: test all the weapon Proficiency, you can skip whenever you want]

[Description: every creature has at least 1 Proficiency with a weapon after he used it for some time, there are 3 types of Proficiency, which are Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Proficiency, each of them has a different effect that you can freely test here]

and a little under the texts there was another button with skip written on it,

there was also a cog near it, meaning settings, an interrogative symbol help, and many other buttons, but there was no inventory,

in addition in the top left corner of Myla's eyes, she could see two bars, one's blue and the other's red, which from her knowledge of video games means health point and magic point.

other than these, she opened her status button, represented by a human body, and it was something like this

[Name: Unnamed Creature

Race: Human

Class: N/A

Status: N/A

Level: ???

Health point: ???/???

Magic point: ???/???

Stamina point: ???/???

Experience: ???/???

Strength: ???

Dexterity: ???

constitution: ???

intelligence: ???

wisdom: ???

charisma: ???

Skills: N/A

Spells: N/A

Proficiency: [Tutorial, choose Proficiency]

Mastery: N/A

System Note: you can only find out all the stats from specific locations, as they need to be checked before knowing your total magic points, health points, stamina points, experience, skills, spells, proficiencies, masteries, and races.

meanwhile, the health point, magic point and stamina point will be represented by 4 bars: Healthy, Scratched, Bloodied, Critical and Dead

while the experience has 5 phases: Inexperienced, Knowledgeable, Experienced, Threshold and Breakthrough Possible]

Myla raised an eyebrow seeing the system note, but she understood, basically, this game also takes it realistically as you can't know specifically when you're gonna die or your status without going to the doctor,

also, it seems that you need to manually level up, and you can lose experience as you don't go to kill monsters and things like that, the only thought that came to Myla's mind is 'this is gonna be very annoying'

but she just shrugs it off and picked one of the weapons on the side, the first thing she wanted to try was a sword, a longsword specifically, she tried to wield it, but she could barely even lift it,

but still, Myla struck the dummy in front of her and a number appeared above the dummy

[-1]

"eh..." She was disappointed, but she immediately changed to optimistic behaviour knowing that being pessimistic is a bad thing, so she tapped the proficiency selection and choose [beginner],

right after choosing the proficiency, she felt the longsword was a little more comfortable to use, so she swung again, and instead of a shaking blade

the longsword made a clean arc and this time the number above the dummy changed

[-3]

'well, better than nothing' Myla thought as she chose [Intermediate] this time around, and swung the sword again

the sword was like aim assisted as it automatically hit the head of the dummy and dealt massive damage compared to before

[-18 CRIT!]

Myla was surprised this time seeing the number and realising the potential of the proficiencies as she went on testing the [advanced] proficiency of the longsword,

this time the longsword, although very heavy in her hand, went like lighting and directly chopped the poor dummy's head in two clean pieces the string above his head showed its damage

[-135 CRIT! DEADLY STRIKE]

'This was unexpected, it seems that deadly strikes add an additional multipliers to the critical damage done...' Myla pondered about it while testing the normal damage of the sword without making critical hits, and she calculated that the normal critical hit multiply the damage done by 2 and the deadly strike add a 3 to the 2 meaning at least 5 times the damage done

After calculating the damage, she went on quickly testing all the weapons and their proficiency before goings to the next tutorial.

this time the system screen showed up again and it was called [Spells and Skills]

[Tutorial 2/4]

[Title: Spells and Skills]

[Objective: test the basics of Spells and Skills]

[Description: the magic world requires the use of spells, as they are a very powerful ability, although they are very strong they need mana to constantly sustain them and casting time, as an alternative there are skills which can be used, as most of them consume stamina points, but some also require a small amount of mana]

Myla read through the system window and, by swiping her hand down in the air, she also opened the status window, that was a quick way to do it, after some time of research in the previous tutorial,

[Name: Unnamed Creature

Race: Human

Class: N/A

Status: N/A

Level: ???

Health point: ???/???

Magic point: 100/100 [temporarily unlocked]

Stamina point: 50/50 [temporarily unlocked]

Experience: ???/???

Strength: ???

Dexterity: ???

constitution: ???

intelligence: ???

wisdom: ???

charisma: ???

Skills:

[beginner] charge, high jump, charged punch

Spells:

[beginner] fireball, create water, manipulate water, earth wall, air burst [temporarily unlocked]

Proficiency: N/A

Mastery: N/A

System note: the spells and Skills are divided by category, indicated by their initial box]

this time there were no weapons on the side of the tutorial, but there were many dummies,

Myla read through the spells and skills before deciding to test them, the first is fireball, as she heard the name of the spell many times,

but then the realisation hit, she doesn't know how to activate them, as she just stands there thinking, before long the only thing she could do is press the help button,

the window popped up explaining how she need to think about how the result and process will be before muttering the spells' names for the best outcome, but you can also just say the name of the spell and activate it, although it wouldn't be very effective

so Myla closed her eyes and focused on the process of shooting a fireball from her hand and landing them on the dummies,

before long she suddenly opened her eyes as strange blue and purple energy concentrated in her and before she screamed

"Fireball!!!" [Fireball] a very big fireball came out of her hand and flew toward the dummies, just as she imagined and exploded as many red and orange strings of damage came out on top of them

[-127 CRIT! DEADLY STRIKE] [-54 CRIT!] [-14] [-25] [-20]

after she noticed that her mana bar had gone down by 30, but it was regenerating very quickly, she just went on testing the other spells and skills, like charged punch, which charges an internal force in her hand and releases it as she punches dealing big damage

charge just let her run very fast toward one specified target, but the most interesting was create water and manipulate water as it seems the amount of water she create and control is relative to how much mana she lose, same goes for most of the spells,

After a while, she finally finished her tested all the spells she was provided and promptly tapped the next button on the tutorial window...
