Intruder (1)

Talia meticulously straightened the skirt which she didn't know had gone brunched up to her calves. Her fair skin had peeked through when her skirt had ridden up when she was pulled into his arms. Then, she took care of her tangled up hair, making sure not a single stray lock would be in disarray for anyone to be suspicious of.

"Sister, I heard from the maid that you are not feeling well. Can I come in?" Peter called out again with worry.

This time, Talia opened the door and stood before her little brother with a sheen of sweat on her forehead.

Looking at her, Peter's worries intensified as he thought that she was really sick and pushed his way inside the room. "I told you not to push yourself. I can help with the manor but here you are, tiring yourself out until you're not well."

Talia bit her lips in nervousness but upon hearing what Peter had to say upon entering the room, she sighed in relief and followed him inside after closing the door.
