Chapter 113 - You Must Take me as Your.

[Chapter Size: 2300 Words.]

Third Person POV.

Braavos.

...

...

It was night when Jon and Daenerys were approaching the Sea Lord's mansion, very well dressed while the place had voices and music in the main area, on the third floor of the mansion.

Earlier, they had returned to the luxury inn after the boat ride, where they were sought out by guards, a few minutes after they had arrived, with a letter from the Sea Lord inviting them to a social gathering between him, the keyholders, and many nobles of Braavos, stating that the meeting would be important to strengthen ties and even seek an alliance, as many were interested in meeting the two Targaryens who were contesting the Iron Throne, while they had not yet even gone to war against the four kings happening.

The news of Jon presenting himself as Daemon Targaryen, alongside Daenerys Targaryen, spread like wildfire throughout the city. Quickly, people began seeking information. The unexpected banquet was not much of a surprise, and Jon already expected something like that.

Jon had also sought out a tailor, offering some gold coins for a guard to fetch him at the same moment they were sought, and demanding that the craftsman go to the inn where they were staying.

The man, declaring himself as one of the leading tailors of Braavos, was at the disposal of the powerful Targaryen family, while Jon asked him to adjust a suitable dress for Daenerys. A few minutes later, he had made the adjustments. Jon also put on appropriate clothing with the help of the tailor, and after handing over the gold coins, he advanced to the banquet, as a companion to Daenerys Targaryen, who looked stunning.

Unlike the first reception, the guards, already aware of the incident with the sorcerer, did not hesitate to let him pass upon recognizing him immediately, besides escorting him as a VIP guest to the mansion, where he was quickly announced loudly by the man at the entrance of the event, attracting everyone's attention, with the Sea Lord himself making a point of greeting them personally as guests of honor.

"Welcome. I hope you feel more at ease with Braavos' reception, better than earlier this morning." the Sea Lord said, keeping a much more polite tone than he had with Jon and Daenerys.

"Thank you, sir." Daenerys greeted, while Jon merely nodded.

"Now, come. Let me introduce you. There are many people who want to meet you." he said, beginning to lead them to the most important guests.

"I hate politics." Jon muttered, seeing how people looked at them.

"I can't imagine why... You usually just go around terrifying everyone, it seems much simpler." Daenerys joked and laughed at the comment.

Jon said nothing, but he couldn't agree more, as they were introduced to the first family, which was none other than the bankers themselves. They looked hesitant but spoke quickly with feigned enthusiasm, even with the hesitation and fear at least what Jon could perceive.

"They are afraid of you." Even Daenerys could recognize and murmured as she moved away from the first people who spoke with Jon.

"I can't imagine why." Jon said with a mischievous smile, drawing a laugh from Daenerys as well.

This continued for a while, as Jon had conversations among all there, with the Sea Lord introducing him to the guests.

"Learn from this." Jon said to Daenerys, as he watched the nobles greet and flatter them, but always keeping a cautious eye on Jon, who displayed a small friendly smile.

"This isn't the kind of banquet I usually enjoy, but people of our standing must follow these standards." Jon commented, while Daenerys already felt and learned from his words.

She would be a queen, so she should always be attentive and insightful to everything.

"So you must be Daemon Targaryen. I heard there is a document that proves you are the son of Lyanna and Rhaegar Targaryen, heir to the Iron Throne."

"You could say so." Jon said, while she had her arms entwined with his, indicating they were a couple.

"Amazing. It's not every day we meet a king around here, especially one who, according to rumors, has incredible abilities." he began, seeming a little drunk.

"I've heard of some charlatan magicians and even some tricks from the red priests, but certainly what everyone says about you is incredible. Is it true that you can turn into a monstrous wolf?" he asked, in a tone loud enough for everyone to look at them at that moment.

Daenerys even seemed to shrink, uncomfortable, as she saw the people observing them. It was no surprise. Here, the rumors of Jon's feats in the Seven Kingdoms had spread throughout the western world, both in Westeros and along the entire coast of Essos, with merchants passing along information as events unfolded and rumors being heard in every corner, of the events that had happened nearly six moons ago.

Jon already inspired fear in people who had never seen him before, or even known anyone who had seen him. His name was already greatly feared as Jon Snow. Now, however, he had revealed himself as Daemon Targaryen — although only here in Braavos — but soon this would spread like wildfire everywhere.

Not that Jon cared about it, since soon the North would receive an army of free folk led by him. But he certainly did not like the man's words, who was talking too much.

"I think you should leave, Lord Stywap." a fat man approached, hitting the drunkard hard on the shoulder. He was one of the keyholders of the Iron Bank and certainly did not want to offend someone as dangerous as Jon had proven to be that afternoon.

"Wait..." the man tried to free himself, but the fat man was relentless.

"Guards, take him outside."

This made the Sea Lord's men quickly push the man out, realizing he had made a grave mistake. But no one there seemed to care.

"Sorry about our friend, Daemon Targaryen."

Jon just nodded in silence, as the man opened his arms to a sensually dressed woman who was approaching them.

"Let me introduce you to the most famous courtesan of Braavos, Bellegere Otherys. Her beauty enchants any man and she is known by all as the Black Pearl." he said, as Jon turned his gaze to the dark-skinned woman, who looked at him with hungry eyes.

"I have never met a Targaryen prince. I never had the opportunity, since when I came to the city, the princes who were here had already left." she spoke with a sensual voice, while Daenerys discreetly shrank, feeling uncomfortable with the words that clearly referred to her and her brother years ago.

"But I have never seen such a handsome man." she continued, but Jon no longer seemed impressed by her beauty.

He knew well how to behave and have the perfect tone of voice to charm a man, but he was next to a beauty even greater than that.

"I appreciate your words, my lady, but I was about to dance with my companion here. So, if you'll excuse me." Jon said, while nodding to the courtesan and stopping beside the keyholder who had approached him, while Daenerys was surprised being led to the middle of the hall.

"Now, how about we dance a little?" Jon said, as the music was playing throughout the place and some couples were already dancing. Daenerys was a little surprised by that.

"Wait... I don't know if I know how to dance." she murmured. She might have danced when she was a child, but was never taught after the death of Ser Willem Darry.

"Calm down, just relax and we'll just make light movements. Try to follow me, I'll try to help you." Jon spoke softly, while she still felt a little nervous.

He took her from the side and quickly put her into the right posture, making smooth movements. Quickly their presence caught the attention of everyone on the dance floor, everyone around who still waited to speak with the heirs of such a famous family as the Targaryens.

But that didn't matter to Jon now, while Daenerys, still a little clumsy, tried to follow him, with him maintaining the utmost patience in the world for her to get used to the movements and the rhythm of the music.

It was only after some time, but quickly Daenerys began to have the right movements as Jon guided her.

"See? You learn fast." Jon commented with a smile.

"You saw!" She opened a genuine and excited smile. "You always seem so tough... I thought you didn't know how to dance." Daenerys commented with humor, clearly making a joke.

"Should I take that as an offense?" Jon retorted, opening a soft smile.

"Of course not! I'm just really impressed. But I believe this is much more interesting for you than talking to all those fawning nobles or that woman who was trying to take you to bed just by undressing you with her eyes." Daenerys commented.

"You're not wrong... and you shouldn't be surprised by that, Dany." He murmured. "But yes, dancing isn't such a weird thing, and it's certainly better than talking to flatterers."

"How do you plan to rule the Seven Kingdoms if you can't stand flatterers?" She murmured.

"Maybe someone will do that for me and I'll live my life peacefully." He joked, while she huffed.

"You know everyone here is afraid of you, Daemon. Do you intend to rule like that?" She murmured, while finishing the sentence with all eyes turned to them, commenting.

"It's not something I have control over." He said. "I'm good at singing, having fun, fighting someone, stealing, and even killing someone highly guarded. In war and destruction, I'm good at hunting monsters, killing abominations, and even saving the world. But this..." He said, and Daenerys, beside him, seemed impressed, at the same time wanting to laugh.

"But we will need allies, won't we, Daemon?" Daenerys spoke in a soft tone. "You have to be more friendly with them, gain their trust. I know it's not your nature, but let me help you after this dance, because I'm enjoying it." She said, opening a sincere smile.

Jon didn't comment anything, while they continued dancing there for a while longer.

After two songs, they finally returned to the nobles, while accompanying drinks. Following Daenerys' advice, Jon tried to be more friendly with the keyholders, while Daenerys began to move away from her passive position, asking about their lives, families, and businesses. From what she could understand, she was beginning to draw conversation from them, with Jon also commenting and even suggesting some things within his knowledge, which yielded much more fruitful conversations.

Some certainly were feeling more at ease than before, facing the monster they had seen sitting on the very Iron Throne that Jon had conjured in the Iron Bank.

Throughout that night, they certainly couldn't help but hear the comments about what he had done with the guards and how he had practically forced his way into the Sea Lord's house in search of a meeting, even placing the Iron Bank itself before the bankers, affirming the rumor that the bank had disappeared from the Red Keep after nearly three hundred years, being stolen.

In addition, there were comments about his words that afternoon, incomprehensible to everyone, but Jon didn't care and continued talking, while Daenerys, surprisingly, took the initiative to further improve the conversation between them.

Jon kept talking with both the nobles and the bankers, until they decided to leave, returning to the luxurious inn, refusing the room that the Sea Lord had offered them.

Knowing that the Sea Lord seemed both disappointed and relieved at the same time was no surprise to Jon, with part of him not wanting that monster under his roof. Either way, they returned to their room. While Jon was taking off his boots, he saw Daenerys unbuttoning her dress.

"What are you doing?" he asked, while she just looked at him, embarrassed.

"I want this, Daemon." she said, removing the last thread, while the dress fell to her feet, revealing her young and naked body.

Jon looked at her for a few seconds. He could debate whether this was right or not, after all, he still needed to see how she would claim her family's throne. But at the same time, a part of him couldn't take his eyes off her body.

Maybe Daenerys' drinking had made her bold, placing her primal instincts above any other thought.

"I've been waiting for this for so long, Daemon." she said in a soft and embarrassed tone as she approached, very different from what the courtesan had conveyed in her attempt to seduce him.

At the same time, her innocent and sincere voice seemed more deadly to Jon than any prostitute trying to seduce him.

She simply came to him and sat on his lap, while he was still finishing taking off his boots, mounting him naked, even though she was completely embarrassed to be doing something like that.

"Take me as your woman tonight, Daemon. I've been waiting a year for this, since you took me from that Dothraki wedding. I should be yours, only yours, and you can't run from it. I am your queen." she said, touching his face as she leaned closer with her lips and kissed him.

Jon instinctively squeezed her and kissed her even harder, before grabbing her ass, and then they began something even more intense there, as Jon took her for himself from that night onward.
