Tower's Collapse: Getting Closer to Nicholas's Friend

Nicholas and Lyle stood at the edge of the grasslands, looking out at the frozen landscape that lay before them. The transition from grass to ice was abrupt, the lush green giving way to a barren white expanse that stretched out as far as the eye could see.

The air was frigid, and they could see their breath fogging in front of them as they surveyed their surroundings. Ice-covered hills and valleys spread out before them, with jagged peaks piercing the sky in the distance. The landscape was beautiful in its own way, but it was also unforgiving and treacherous.

"We'll need to be careful," Nicholas said, his voice barely above a whisper. "The ice can be slippery, and the cold can be deadly."

Lyle nodded, his breath forming a white cloud in front of his face. "Agreed. We should proceed with caution and watch our step."
