 ***

The third Princess that was hiding her presence in the corner of the door gulped, and the second Princess pressed her lips together.

Neither Princess Liezel or Princess Jasmine had seen her this angry before.

There was no doubt that there would be no one else who would be so determined to kill the first Princess than Queen Eriela.

She had been attempting to get rid of Eulasha's remnants ever since.

Nonetheless, she was incredibly cautious and meticulous about how the first Princess would perish.

Everything was ruined... this grandiose scheme she had was derelict!

Princess Jasmine was solely to blame for this.

"I don't think so! Now everyone who was with us witnessed that she is perfectly intact! How can she die now? After we barged in there? Those who saw her were not that easy to get rid of! Some of them are officials who can't just vanish like the slaves! How are you going to fix this? You stupid— Aaah!" Queen Eriela shrieked in her frustrations.

She paced in her room and threw the things that her hand could touch over to the second Princess's location.

Princess Jasmine was hit by a few pieces of solid furniture and things all over her body. Her head was struck by a sharp small wooden box and began to bleed but no one came to aid her wounds. Even she was standing motionlessly in her place, openly accepting the condemnation.

Queen Eriela ripped and kicked anything she would see. She was so furious that she did not know how to elevate the excruciating emotion steeping in her.

Princess Liezel, who was frozen in her position at the door, was not looking directly at her mother or her sister.

She did not want to be in this bedchamber. If her mother wanted Princess Jasmine to get punished, why was her presence necessary? She did not enjoy watching whenever her older sister was getting reprimanded.

"I can't make excuses, my Queen." Princess Jasmine kneeled. "I made a grave mistake."

Princess Jasmine acknowledged her error. Whether Princess Yanarym died or came back to life did not matter anymore. She should have assured that the first Princess died even if she could come back to life.

Queen Eriela gawked at Princess Jasmine.

It was disturbing that no matter how much she screamed, destroy her boudoir, or harm the second Princess. It was not enough to elevate her rage, she needed to do more than this. She had to get rid of this excruciating feeling.

It was just she thought she could not get over this no matter what.

She was always the meticulous type of person, she never let any mistake partake in her plans. Even with this title as the Queen of this kingdom, she thoroughly planned to attain this title.

It took years for her to accomplish the feat, but she still achieved the result she wanted. There was no backlash, she did not suffer any consequences. She benefited so much from what she did.

She went to so much trouble to kill the daughter of that vermin Eulasha, why was that nuisance harder to eliminate than her mother?!

Queen Eriela trembled as she recalled what transpired when they rushed to resolve the sudden death of that first Princess. This was not sudden for Queen Eriela at all because had been anticipating this to happen ten years ago.

However, because her daughter messed it up, it became an unexpected death. But it was all right, she could resolve that much of a problem… at least Princess Yanarym had finally died.

Queen Eriela was not lacking in intelligence; she knew some way or somehow there was going to be a turn to the side that could ruin what she had planned to happen. The pivotal events were always astonishing. That was why she always had a fallback when unfortunate situations would unfold. Those fallbacks would still benefit her in any form.

Queen Eriela was not expecting anything like this to happen today.

The Queen might always point the blame on her eldest daughter, Princess Jasmine. Although she was fully aware of the factuality that the problem was caused by her younger daughter.

Despite knowing those facts, Queen Eriela never blamed the problem on the third Princess, because her youngest would become the future Queen of Vortrion.

Vortrion rulers would always be above any other rulers. She could not afford to make her youngest acknowledge any mistakes, she would become the greatest Queen of all Queens.

Princess Jasmine was meant to assist her younger sister to the hall of grandiose. Making the mistake of not assuring the death of that first Princess.

Queen Eriela could not forgive Princess Jasmine for this. She could not forgive Princess Jasmine for making that terrible scene that was witnessed by the lowlife servants!

Queen Eriela rubbed her sweaty palms on the skirt of her gown.

She was so nervous facing Princess Yanarym earlier, it was as if a ghost appeared right in front of her eyes.

Everyone saw her— the Queen acting strange and undignified. It was because she could not cope with something she never knew. The embarrassment she underwent fueled the anger she had.

If Princess Jasmine did not let her younger sister harm Princess Yanarym, they did not have had to send a servant to take the fall for their mistake.

If Princess Jasmine made sure that Princess Yanarym was killed, Queen Eriela did not need to go through that humiliation in front of Eulasha's daughter.

If Princess Jasmine did what she ought to do, none of this would ever happen!

Excruciating!

Queen Eriela could still remember how that first Princess mocked her in front of everyone.

She did not become the Queen of Menotalis to be ridiculed by that nuisance!

It was Princess Jasmine's fault! There would be no forgiveness for this.

"Liezel."

Queen Eriela looked down at Princess Jasmine who was kneeling and facing the floor. Her eyes were filled with animosity, she could not calm down. "Retrieve my whip."
