Chapter 56: Jealous Rhian.

--------------------------------------------------

Rhian Mistral

Status: Wild

Friendship: 5% / 100%

Love: 70% / 100%

--------------------------------------------------

As expected of the King of Kings and Prince of Princes, the boy had "the love" ahead of him.

Surely it was a simple crush, and in less than a week I get to that.

She hadn't even talked to the man, was it the easy route?

I had sworn that was Hort, but she didn't check the boy's condition.

After walking a little, they arrived before the director's tower.

Sophie's expression darkened.

She sensed the reason for the directors' call and didn't like it.

I hoped that I had completely derailed the story, that there was nothing that pen could write.

But there was the storyteller, writing a story.

Writing his story.

They were trapped in a fairy tale.

Sophie followed with her gaze the tearing of the pen, from which nothing could hide.

It was very likely that everything was being written on those pages.

Actions.

Thoughts.

The system.

IN SHORT, THIS WILL BE A PROBLEM.

Alex commented.

Sophie tried to stay calm, but a chill ran through her from head to toe.

She watched as Agatha shuddered beside him.

That girl had always had good instincts.

Sophie felt her hand being gently stroked.

She turned to see Rafal and found him dedicating a smile that seemed to want to calm his heart, but what he got is to stop him suddenly.

I force it to beat again and breathe deeply.

I take note to remember that this man was dangerous in more ways than one.

She cleared his throat, even without being able to look away from those perfect blue eyes.

— What is it? — Sophie pointed to the pen, playing the innocent.

— He is the storyteller – Rafal began to explain without releasing her from his eyes – he wrote the stories you have read and the stories you will read, it is my brother's and my duty to protect him.

They heard a sudden throat clearing and turned to see where it came from.

Director Rhian looked at his brother with a serious face and poorly concealed jealousy.

Agatha, beside him, seemed to try to hold back the laughter.

— Sophie releases your prey… your director – Agatha quickly corrected herself – seems to be trying to explain something important to us.

— I can hear perfectly from here.

Sophie came closer to Rafal and laid her head on his shoulder.

The boy was shocked and unexpectedly blushed.

Sophie saw him with a funny expression.

It seemed that the "seduction" type was weak against the "darling" type attacks.

— Enough young lady, let that defenseless creature go! — scolded Agatha with a tone of false seriousness.

It was obvious that he was having fun.

She moved closer to Sophie, and squeezed her waist, Sophie jumped away from the sensation as she felt so much tickle, letting go of Rafal in the process.

Rafal raised an eyebrow in amusement.

Sophie cast a look of reproach at Agatha.

And this one gave him back a smug smile.

It was clear that he had deliberately exposed that "weakness".

Refusing to admit defeat, Sophie went straight to Agatha ready to return the puncture.

— Wait…—Rhian began.

DODGE LEFT

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sophie took a quick sidestep at Alex's warning and ended up with her back against Rafal's chest and his arms around her shoulders.

— Good instinct—Rafal congratulated her, amused.

— Thank you—Sophie replied winningly.

Before them, there was a stunned Rhian with his arm outstretched.

He had tried to catch Sophie with the excuse of preventing her from pounced on Agatha.

But, thanks to Alex, Sophie had managed to dodge, and ended up once again in Rafal's arms.

The boy looked especially depressed.

— How the hell do you do it? — I ask his brother.

— Sneak attacks are the stuff of villains, little brothers, not heroes—Rafal reminded him.

Rhian had a face of total frustration.

Agatha cleared her throat.

— Did they call us to flirt with Sophie? Because if so, I think I can go… — Agatha began to say.

— Of course not! — chanted the two boys, blushing.

"Sunderes?" the two friends thought as they exchanged a glance.
