Scouts

           Now some people had changed their names and identities after the world fell. Making it feel more like it was a game then actual real life. For example Lasso. A tall Hispanic man with cowboy boots leather pants(so zombies can't bite through it) and a white long sleeve shirt. On his belt was a lasso on one hip and a 9mm Ruger on his other hip. Next to Lasso was his buddy Shiny in his bright pink leather coat, dangly gold sun earrings and bright eyeliner and eyeshadow with lipstick to match.

        "Looky there Shimmers..they got another family..." sighed Lasso who was looking at the gates of Dead End through binoculars. "It's Shiny. But when can we do something about it..." whispered Shiny who can't stand to watch the madness anymore. "We're just supposed to get information on where guards are, how strong, who the leaders are etc. Then we'll report back and the rest of our group will come up with a plan." Muttered Lasso. The boys were on a hill hidden by trees.

       "Wait give me those hun-" whispered Shiny as he snatched the binoculars away from his friend and looked at a girl with very short poofy hair and a black trench coat with a glock pistol on each hip. She was standing between two big identical twins. But from a distance to it was hard to tell that was girl. "What do you see?" Asked Lasso, slightly annoyed that his binoculars got taken. "I see that Cypher guy we were told to look out for-" exclaimed Shiny which quickly earned him a slap in the mouth from Lasso. "Quiet down idiot." He hissed, wiping lipstick off his hand on Shiny's coat. "Sorry sorry..." whispered Shiny, putting the binoculars back up to his eyes.

        They sat there for a bit trading off the binoculars. But during Shiny's turn again he gasped. "I knew it! Tiger Fang or Fang something i don't know- is the one who runs that!" He whispered excitedly while shoving the binoculars into Lasso's hands. "Look!" He quietly exclaimed while he watched Lasso's reaction. Lasso saw a big man with sun bleached hair and a ragged scar across his right eye which was milky white while his other eye was dirt brown. He was very muscular and carried a big war hammer that was probably looted from a museum. "Heard the big boy's nickname is Tiger Tony or Tiger Fang because that scar there was from a tiger that escaped a zoo." Whispered Lasso while nudging Shiny to make sure he was paying attention. "He runs this hell...good to know..." Lasso mumbled to himself while handing the binoculars to Shiny.

       "Holy shi-" gasped Shiny. "Aye Tiger and that Cypher boy are goin toe to toe- that boy's gonna die!-" shrieked Shiny (struggling with volume control). "Cypher's twin buddies ain't helpin either. Damn cowards backed off" mumbled Lasso who snatched the binoculars from Shiny to see Tiger Tony and Cypher in a screaming  match with each other while the twins Ret and Jet stood a few steps behind Cypher. "Aye in your notepad write down anything that should told to the rest of our group." Demanded Lasso and Shiny quickly began writing little details in a pocket sized notepad. How many guards and where they're posted, who Cypher usually is with, a small drawing of the layout of the old hotel etc.

          Lasso continued to watch the two that are screaming at each other. "Aye Shimmers-" "SHINY" interrupted Shiny. "Ok- Shiny. Write down that everyone goes quiet when Tiger boy speaks. They all seem terrified of him....except for that Cypher boy. There's a good foot and a half height difference and Cypher looks like he ain't got a lot of muscle but he still up in Tony's face. Which normally gets people killed don't it?" Whispered Lasso which got him a nod from Shiny as he scribbled it down in his notepad. "I got all we've seen hun should we head back or keep watchin?" Shiny asked when he finally looked up. Lasso just sighed and put the binoculars in his lap. "Don't call me Hun." He snapped. "Oh but you can call me Shimmers? Deal with it hun." Shiny snapped back which damn near got him punched but Lasso decided not to. "Let's head back, it's gettin dark anyway and I'm hungry" Sighed Lasso as he got up and put his cowboy hat back on. "True true" Shiny agreed while stuffing his notepad back into him is coat pocket, slowly getting up too. Once they got up and stretched a little they took one more look at the old hotel now known as Dead End then turned and disappeared into the forest behind them.

SMALL NOTE

Cypher is often mistaken for a boy due to her short hair and she has more masculine features. People also cannot tell that she's a girl from her name either but I'm just clearing that up.
