Fed up

Music Recommendation: moonlight sonata - Beethoven

The atmosphere was light, everyone was all smiles and happy, laughter falling and rising with the soft music that played in the background. Waiters carried trays of glasses all around, low noisy chatters filled the room.

At the center of it all was a little boy, cladded in only black fitted slacks, the upper part of his body in its full glory but he didn't care. He was surrounded, surrounded by people he loved the most.

He turns his back towards his mother who smiled brightly whilst caressing the inked mark just above his waist, it was in the shape of a, a crescent moon to be precise.

"Congratulations to you Alpha! Welcome to the pack." Jedrek stretched his hands towards Jaxon, who was presently the center of the celebration.

Jaxon with a cute smile on his face quickly takes the man's hand. "I see a vitality unlike no other, can't help but be eager to watch you grow into the finest." The man added.

"Thank you Alpha...Jedrek." Jaxon's voice came out fluently, sounding so comely but firm.

The man offers a loop-sided smile at this, he looks towards both ladies who stood beside their Alphas. "Both packs are lucky to have you both and probably all... but," he sighs bitterly, "not all packs think the same."

"Get to it Jedrek, what else?" Emerson hits the bullseyes, he knew Jedrek didn't come here to bluff about how lucky both packs are.

Amelia squints her eyes at this, Donald almost rolled his eyes at Emerson's audacity.

"Hey baby, i think you should go see Deidre, I'll be with you in a bit." Sheila pecks his head. "I Love you."

Jaxon nods, looks at all their faces and runs off.

"Would you like to go up..." Emerson with a voice much calmer tries to ask Amelia but...

"No.... no more resting,I want to know exactly what's going on!" Amelia was fed up with the lies, the hiding, cover ups, she was tired of everyone looking at her like she was some fragile object to be kept behind a glass.

"I want to know why instead of ten packs, there are only the blue moon and crescents." She added looking straight into the eyes of the people she called family.
