Although the atmosphere was somewhat oppressive, the crew's morale remained stable. The environment was a bit spooky at best, but certainly not the worst they had encountered compared to previous islands.
Charles, sitting on a rock, was conversing with Richard in his mind.
"This island probably doesn't look promising, doesn't seem like it gets any sunlight."
"That's for sure. This place stinks. Even if I were the one to fix exits, I wouldn't fix it here."
"Let's finish exploring first. Maybe the 'King' intentionally hid Supply Island like this."
"Oh? If they really came to this island, does that mean there could be relics here?"
"Stop joking around. Haven't we learned enough from last time?"
"What am I joking about? Isn't this just to enhance our power? Haven't we survived till now by relying on the power of relics?"
"The side effects of each relic are very strong. Merely possessing more relics doesn't make us stronger."
