Chapter 82: The Nasal-Walking Natives

Hearing Charles speak, the other crew members looked around their companions and found that the man wrapped in bandages had indeed disappeared.

Fear appeared on everyone's faces. Had their companion vanished without a reason?

"When was the last time anyone saw the bandaged man?" Charles asked the crew, suppressing the unease in his heart.

"It was me," James, looking lost, raised his hand. "The first mate was just in front of me 5 minutes ago."

"No, it's been at least ten minutes since I've seen him," Lily chimed in.

The crew's accounts were inconsistent, but it was roughly estimated that the bandaged man had disappeared within the last ten minutes.

Looking at the fog enveloping the surroundings, Charles, with a frown, turned to Audric, "Turn into a bat and follow the arrows I carved. See if the bandaged man got lost somewhere else."
