CHAPTER 52

It was raining heavily, I'm sitting here lost in thoughts, thinking of a way to escape my reality. I have never wanted to disappear as badly as I do now.

Johnson and I turned out to be a strong force together. We were the perfect match made in heaven: both equally good-looking, family-oriented, and financially stable even if he was more accomplished.

We had so much in common and the marriage just worked without having to bend over backward. I never had to worry about side chicks or anything of the sort. Whenever he wasn't with me, I never had to worry about what he was doing.

We were so completely in sync with each other, yet neither one of us felt smothered or in need of space.

Johnson taught me things I never knew I was missing out on. He introduced me to zones I didn't even know my body had. He showed me how to make my money work for me by investing and building up what I earned.
