On the way back to Washington DC

Valentine's business jet was luxurious and spacy. It comfortably seated 12 people and had wide spaces between the seats which provided more legroom, the seats themselves were cushy with leather recliners, and the jet was equipped with a full-service kitchen that was stocked with fine foods and beverages.

Valentine sat across from Summer as both of them favored the window seat, while Gabe took the aisle seat next to his sister and glared at Valentine for staring at her openly, there was a round wooden table between the three of them and the whole setting resembled one that a fancy restaurant would have rather than a plane.

"Are you comfortable?" Valentine asked Summer.

Gabe rolled his eyes.

"Absolutely," she answered with a big smile. But it quickly disappeared.

"Is something the matter?" Valentine asked.
