Aidan was unsettled. He was pacing  from one corner to another as countless thoughts ran through his mind. 


This truly shows that he was seriously in need of Ruby's forgiveness, if not, then why the worry? Has he started developing feelings for her?


" I'm just wondering why he is so sorrowful. I could remember that he hated his wife, but he seemed bothered. Is it because of his father's death? Or what?" Suzy wondered as she hid in a corner as she watched Aidan's movements.


" What the hell is this lady trying to tell me? How can someone take away Ruby's mom without her permission? Is this some kind of joke or what?" Aidan murmured as he lowered his gaze to nothing in particular.


He grinned and shook his head as he engaged himself in a deep thought. At that point, he stood in the middle of the parlor and styled his hands in akimbo.


Aidan's phone started ringing, which called for his attention; he wished nobody would disturb his current situation.
