THE UNEXPECTED JUST HAPPENED

" Mr. Austin," Aidan called out from the phone," arrange for my father's burial, tomorrow," he announced as he sat at the edge of his bed as he inhaled the Indian hemp in his hand.

" But shouldn't you have informed me before now? I mean, the gap between today and tomorrow isn't that much." Mr. Austin complained.

" For what reason?" Aidan sniffed." What do you take yourself as? My brother? Or a family member?" he furrowed his brows.

" Don't misunderstand me, Aidan. All I'm saying is, you should have informed me before now, so I can make proper arrangements for his burial, you know."

" Listen," he said," I don't care whether you are prepared or not. I have told you what I want and that's final; no more questioning. And besides, is the arrangement for the burial that hard? Is there anything money can't do to get what you want within minutes?"

Aidan threw a series of questions which made Mr. Austin dumbfounded.
