Stepping out of the building with Pete, Lina had a smile of joy and relief splayed across her face — relief at finally resolving a problem that was beginning to wear her out.

She could finally make one of her grandmother's wishes come true, even though it hinged on her discomfort of being back at Newfaux.

But despite how uncomfortable it made her feel, she was still willing to do it. She was willing to keep her grandmother's legacy – her bakeshop.

Realising her mistake, she apologetically smiled. "Thank you, Pete. I'm very grateful for your help. Truly, I am."

"I know, but you don't have to thank me repeatedly. By the way, It's nothing huge. It's just a shop space."
