''Sister this is too bad isn't it? You have an Eternal Physique and I'm a Peerless talent but us alone can't recreate the glory of the Sect!''

''Forget it sister, the world has been without energy for years and the quality will only decrease. The best we can do is find some Fifth-Class Talents to make up the number and hope for some better disciples in the future generations.''

Like the twin elves, the other sects that reappeared with confidence were slowly realising the changes in the world.

Compared to the Mortal bodies blessed with Aura before the catastrophe, the quality of the Mortals now were pathetic.

People who weren't even qualified to step into the sect's gate before were now being recruited as Inner and Outer disciples!

As the sects across the realm rushed to develop, Norman signed in peacefully for a week. Of course holding his Preaching as the disciples continued to develop.

The first few even began to break through to the Second Realm of Qi Refining without Spiritual Liquid and set off to earn Contribution Points.

Over the week Norman got quite unlucky with the sign ins, receiving thousands of steel weapons and 10 Third-Class and 100 Fourth Class Disciples.

But over the week his practise has improved quite quickly reaching the Second Foundation Realm!

''Sect Leader, Franklin has just sent news of a rebellion in the Mortal Empire. It was quickly put down and the disciples returned with the resources from the Rebellion.''

''However there was something strange within the Rebellion's treasury.''

As Mary spoke she handed Norman a small jade box.

''Huh? It's actually a herb?''

Norman was shocked. Opening the jade box there was a small plant root inside. But the root itself released a faint aura into the surroundings! Breathing became easier as he felt his aura faintly surge.

''Haha although it's weak it's a good sign! Take it to the treasury. At the same time tell Franklin to order the Mortal soldiers to begin exploring forests and fields to find more.''

''Tell them if they find one we will reward the soldier with ten Thousand Silver.''

Norman smiled as he looked at Herb and quickly made plans. He needs to enrich the Sect Treasury as much as possible.

Although the System provides herbs and pills for contribution points, that requires a lot of effort and time to earn for most disciples it would take them years!

However the herbs he collects himself are different. He can reward it to disciples freely which would be very useful for training some better talents to quickly strengthen the sect.

Of course he didn't think that training the Third-Class Talents was worth it.

Norman stared at the prompt with a faint look of surprise.

Norman curiously expanded the list revealing hundreds of sects, all of which Grade 10.

[The Sect Leaderboard takes into account all aspects of the Sect. The talents of disciples, total combat power, potential of the sect and their facilities, resources the sect own and quality and quantity of their territory.]

''I see! So on the overall rankings the Sanctuary Immortal Sect is first?''

Norman wasn't at all surprised by this. After all the other sects should be running around finding talents or slowly waking up.

However he wasn't overconfident because of this. This is just an early start. And Norman is well aware that his own talent isn't going to be the highest among hidden disciples.

And one Eternal Talent is worth dozens of Peerless Talents.

After all, Peerless Talents are still within mortal understanding. Your cultivation speed is quicker and you can learn better Cultivation Techniques.

But the Eternal Talent is different. Each Eternal Talent has a special Physique with Innate Abilities, extremely high Cultivation speed and incredible combat power.

One on one, only Eternal Physiques can compete with each other.

Hult-Peerless- The Sect Master of the Flaming Titan Sect, has no special physique but with the body of a Titan he has surpassed ordinary Peerless talents.

Siofra-Peerless- Deputy Sect Master of the Moonlight Elves, has been blessed by the water of life as a baby with high talent and strong strength.

Norman started with amazement. Keep in mind that every sect attempted to maintain their inheritance by sealing their most talented disciples in various ways!

But despite hundreds of talents awakening, the Moonlight elves actually managed to have two top 5 talents.

''Tsk, it seems like they will be one of the largest sects in the future. Hopefully their territory isn't too close.''

Of course Norman wasn't too worried. The cost of sealing disciples isn't cheap. At most they are in the Foundation Realm.

Without a large disciple base the Sect won't be able to survive.

From his Original Bodies memory one of the largest Sects was called the People's Republic. There were tens of millions of disciples and anyone with the slightest talent could join.

However they were looked down on, mainly due to them not having a single Peerless Talent! They survived by relying on huge numbers of weaker cultivators.

But now Norman looked and saw the People's Republic on the Leaderboard, finally finding them at 98th on the Sect Leaderboard, and their genius is only a First-Class Disciple ranking 66th!

''Forget it, although the sect was strong no one ever considered it as an opponent. At most people were worried a full scale war would cause too much damage with the large number they have to kill.''

Norman quickly put the sect out of his mind.
