"Stay still." He order. "Foolish girl! You think you can get a free pass from here through death." He said in a mocking tone.
In her defense, she said, "I was only trying to save you."
"Of course, how could I forget? You are my heroine, but isn’t the heroine supposed to be saving me while I fall, and instead you go to hug death." Sarcasm filled in his words, which didn’t go unnoticed as she slightly glared at him. Though his words were simple, it held something more to it than what it actually seemed.
Ignoring the glare, he continued, "At least you could have just knocked it off my hands if you were so persistent on being the hero. But it's not like I wasn’t aware."
"What do you mean?" she inquired, her face perplexed.
Pointing to his eyes for emphasis. "Nothing ever misses these eyes. I knew it was poisoned, but I was still going to drink it; it couldn't hurt me." a proud smile on his face.
A surprised expression took over her face before she said, "You never know what new poison has been created to harm you."
His lips curled up. "Are you offering yourself as the poison? Because I would definitely take all of it."

I only read 6 chapters of it but in just 6 chaps it showed me its potential. I am a little busy right now but i will finish it soon. Hope that you will continue it and try to update it more frequently. Btw a great story with great potential.

I really like this book, and I read all the chapters available. I enjoy the characters. They were written well. The plot is winding up, but I couldn't give a full 5 stars due to no updates in a while. It's okay if the author needs to work on other projects, but I hope it has an ending in the future. Nice work, author! 👍
The story is too greatly written. It showed all the expressions in new words without leaving us in puzzlement. The pot is good and the world-building is excellent to flow in. Overall, I like the writing style a lot. It makes you happy and easy to low with. great work author, keep going
This is quite a lovely one. To be sincere your first chapter is almost similar to mine. The first paragraph especially 😅😅😅. I love your work. But I will suggest you break down some paragraphs for better readability. There also some grammatical errors that need corrections, I would say just read through it again and you will identify your mistakes. wonderful work author 😄😄😄😄
