"The great war? I'll start with the great circle... Twenty-two years ago there was a kind of brotherhood formed by the strongest and bravest wolves in each pack, they were a great circle and protected the packs and taught new wolves.. .

Anamali enters the house thoughtfully going straight to her room where she lies down, and minutes later is interrupted by her father.

"Logan! I think this is our mothers cabin, remember?" he asks looking at the books.

" Why did my mother do this to me? my imprisoned wolf? I walk through the pack and I hear everyone talking about me ... but with you I can be myself " The girl sighs looking at him

"I completely understand you, sometimes I wish I was human, you know? worrying about normal things like going to college and going to work..." After that she sees him make a face

"Don't want to, really" he says and she seems to find something in the middle of the book, Logan sees that it was an old photo and looking at it, it was her parents and Anamali's.

"Our parents... he says surprised looking at the pictures, the four of them smiling together, just a little older than them. "I've never seen a picture of the four of them so happy"

"I've never seen a picture of my mom" Anamali says, taking the picture and looking at her mom and looking at how happy she looked there. "I wish I had met her, and had some memories of her."

"Here, Logan! In that book, a torn page spoke about heirs and guardians." Says

"Sorry, I don't know what happened." Logan says and approaches, leafing through the book "The necessary parts are torn, do you have the author's name? Or something that will help us find another copy?" Question

"No, we should talk to Luna about it, and we should be worried" Anamali comments, leaving the book and the two walk down the path to the pack. The elder was talking to Blackverus and Leonardo in front of Jake's pack gate and the three turned around after seeing the two. They wave and walk away, each one to one side.

"How are you Mr Blackverus?" asks Logan and the elder turns around and agrees.

"It's fine with me, come visit me anytime, there are stories I'd like to share."

"Anamali? Your father was looking for you, worried" Blackverus says "Logan? Take her to her house and then go talk to your father, you need to be closer to him, learning to be alpha." He ends up going to his own house.

"Can we accomplish the mission without disappointing them all?" Anamali whispers and Logan denies it.

"They still don't know how to deal with me, my parents don't know how to teach me things without mentioning how important our mission is but they don't tell us what we need to know." Logan says leaving her at the door of her house, where the beta Farkas was giving the last orders for the night watch group.

"Daughter! Sorry to have spoken like that." He hugs her, watching Logan feel like he wanted to have a close relationship like this with his father but doesn't know where to start building that relationship.

Elder Bloor motions for Logan to follow. The two were walking in a different place, to a hill behind the alpha's house, where they sat with Logan to watch the moon.

"There's something you haven't been told" Begins and Logan just look at him "The legend they told wasn't the way everyone knows it." He denies.

"You mean the guardian and the heiress?" Question Logan

"They argued that those born with wolf genes should continue until the end of life. But many were dying, and others were seeking healing in various ways."

"If we're all here, it means they didn't get the cure" He comments.
