I don't do love

"No green lights," she warned him.

"Why not?" He winked at her.

"I don't do love." She muttered looking aside when Shark couldn't stop staring at her.

"Look me in the eye and tell me that," he dared her.

"I don't see the point of this, leave me alone." Yara wanted him out of her room. She figured that the more he stayed the more she was going to give him false hopes. Shark was flirting with her so openly that she was dying to blush.

"You want me to leave?"

"Leave her alone." Mr. Banks mistook their little baseless argument and gave Shark a cold stare.

"I'm sorry," he muttered and left without making a fuss. Yara laughed inwardly as her grandfather sat beside her bed.

"Grandpa? You didn't have to scare him away like that." Yara couldn't hide her laughter.

"He was bothering you. I even mistook him for that boyfriend of yours."

"Blake? Have you met him?"

"No yet. He's the cousin right?"

"Mmmh." Yara mumbled.

"Is he the one making you smile like that? Sweety, he'll only hurt you." Mr. Bank was worried.

"Grandpa? Who said I like him already? He's a playboy."

"Who said people like him won't try getting into your pants?"

"Don't tell me you watched the Notebook... you're so sneaky after all."

"I missed my squirrel, that's why I decided to watch it..."

"Alone? No wander you're beginning to sound like Noah." She teased him.

"So don't let that Noah guy into your heart. Those rich people are so full of themselves. They'll treat you like trash." Mr. Banks knew the Griffins family especially Vanessa who at one occasion yelled at him for accidentally spilling coffee on her at one cafeteria where he worked as a waiter. The latter didn't think twice about getting Banks fired. That's one incident he never thought of telling Yara.

"I know grandpa but Blake was always nice to me and never cared if I was from a poor background."

"I'm sorry to say this but I heard from his cousin that he used you to get the Griffins' Tech company."

"It doesn't matter anymore. I was glad he never took me less of a person."

"Be careful dear." He took her into his arms and Yara closed her eyes just like a baby being lulled to sleep, they only had each other.

Shark went back to his Villa to have a change of clothes after spending the whole night at the hospital. Upon arriving, he found Blake standing at the threshold waiting for him.

"It must have been a rough night huh, turning and tossing without getting any sleep." Shark jeered at Blake who wore shades to cover up the dark circles under his eyes.

"We need to talk!" He stood in his way.

"Since when? The last time I checked you were so eager to get rid of me, what happened little cousin?"

"Don't you dare call me that!" He hissed back at him. Shark chuckled lightly and walked in.

"How does it feel you having my remains. I'll tell you right now, I fucked her not once, not twice. Actually, it was kinda of great, I'll never forget her lips creasing my own and that's all you'll be thinking about every time you kiss her. And every time you'll reach out to touch her, you'll remember that I have touched her too. And every single time you embrace her, you'll never forget that I have..."

"Marcus! Take this little thing out of my sight! Now!" He commanded.

"Don't even think of laying that filthy hand on the coat you can't afford." Blake warned Marcus to back off. "We're not yet done." He groaned.

"Ciao!" Shark muttered to himself and ran upstairs to his bedroom. Before he could step into the shower, he made a call.

"That imbecile should not be allowed in any of the Griffins' premises." He sneered and disconnected the call before the person on the other end could respond. The fact that Blake had provoked him made him want to even cast him out of the Griffins' cooperations. The thought of Blake having his hands all over Yara's body enraged him. The fact that he had pulled a first one on her made him not only outrageous but also jealous. Yara was his and his alone and no one else could have her except him, he was going to make that clear to everyone.
