Purple

Akira sat again on top of the roof, as she saw yet another dwarf being held prisoner. But somehow she did not trust the dwarf inside the cells. She had a look at him while he was asleep. There was something about this dwarf, that did not quite feel right. She smelled danger in him. What worried her most was that the rest of the Hylin were not the least bit worried about him. They carried on with their tasks, oblivious. He barely spoke, the dwarf. Mostly keeping to himself. Even when there were questions that were asked of him, he kept quiet. They threw the piece of meat at him, and he threw it back at them. Akira looked at the cell, starting to think that the Hylin were starting to like this dwarf. He was resembling their behavior. Brash, arrogant and unforgiving.

One night, as she was on top of the roof, looking wayward for any danger that lurked at her. Her purple attire being illuminated by the moonlight. She could see a small diminutive figure lurking in the shadows. There was no light that was being cast on the black shadows that emerged and hid itself now and then. This went for a very long time, and she slowly started to see that the eyes of this person was yellow. This person was looking at the prison cells, she could tell. Interesting! she thought. She was curious to know if the dwarf, she had assumed by now, that it was. Had not seen her at all. She hid herself behind a chimney, herself. She peeped now and then to see, if the dwarf was there. He was!

A long time had passed, and now it had turned into a game for her. She was watching him without getting caught. Now, the dwarfs eyes were moving everywhere. Even at her direction. There was a close call once, where her eyes had met the dwarves. Only by a split second, she had averted the danger. Her attention turned at the cell, by now. She could see that there were hands that were holding the bars now. A face peeped out of it. Yellow eyes! she said to herself. He was giving a signal with his eyes to the dwarf on top of the roof. What is he saying? she tried to figure out. As much as she tried, she could not make any sense of it. She leaned against the chimney, her against it, a little disappointed thinking that her little game had run out of time, now. After a while, she peeped out to see the activity of the dwarves. There was none! The prisoner had retreated back to his cell and the other dwarf was gone.
