Time

The spear of Helios was against the throat of Archimedes. As Archimedes lay on the ground with Thronir holding the neck of Helios trying to pull him back. But Helios was no more himself. He was determined to kill the Marakese. He looked back at Thronir and it looked like the sun rested in his eyes! He caught him and threw him against the caves with his one hand.

Thronir flew inside the caves and fell next to Galiel. Galiel was more than afraid of what was to happen next. She looked outside as Karamir now jumped on the god Helios. Helios was growing larger and reaching his true form. He was now a giant as Karamir was hung to his neck like a child. The feet of Helios pressed the Marakese hard into the ground! His spear too rose big now larger than the caves of the dwarves. The sun was now over the planet, fully covering them with light. The dwarves did not know whether to rejoice or be afraid.

The Hylin now ran into their homes afraid of the light. The dwarven kings power had completely come down and he had left the body of Ayrovan. Only the cripple was left as he had no choice but the head home. But he did not have a reason to hang his head in shame. He was after a valiant warrior after all! He dragged his sword along as he walked back. The hylin sneered and peered through the windows of their homes. They then looked at the bright side of the sun and ran back inside their homes.

Ayrovan walked back home a hero. A valiant warrior he had become! Even without the dwarf kings power he could have his head held up high! Many people would drag their swords along after a battle was over. Many abled people, big and strong would. Heck even a god would!

Helios dragged his spear as he walked away from Archimedes. He did not turn back or look at him in a manner of insult! He just walked ahead, as Inti and Belvedyr joined him. They were all defeated that night, they knew that. Even though they emerged victorious that night, their supremacy would soon end! Helios realised that. His spear dragged along heavily so was his heart. Which was sunk deep in both tiredness and worry! Archimedes would soon rise up to stronger than all of them, after all it was written. That the supremacy of them would end against a man who could even defeat the gods just through sheer will!

Archimedes opened his eyes and looked at them, as Karamir and Thronir carried him back to the caves! They held him with care. And as they walked the dwarves looked at each other. They knew then, at that moment that a great warrior was amidst them. A man who could fight an entire army by himself. Bring down the gods through sheer will! A man who could carry a mountain if needed! Galiel came running forward and tried to tend to her husband! But Karamir did not accept any of the help. "If any one requires help, it is the man we hold so gently with honour" she looked at Archimedes and his eyes remained ever so firm and fierce. He looked at her and then looked at Karamir and then she knew at that moment! That the Marakese warrior could lift a mountain by himself, burn the hylin town in just a moment. And then she looked at her husband and then they both saw the truth! He needed her arm and she needed his. Amidst the carrying of the warriors they do wonderfully understood it. As Archimedes leaned against the cave of the dwarves. She caressed the arms of her husband and the dwarf with all his stubbornness gone and a sudden appearance of humility accepted his wife's tender touch! He hugged her and embraced her. He knew that he was not the strongest man he ever knew and he never will be. That laid on the shoulders of a man who leaned against the caves. As the dwarves surrounded him and looked at the direction he stared at.

A valiant yet humble dwarf walked towards them slowly. He had his sword up in the air as the lightning strikes against him. The sun was slowly fading and the darkness began to envelop the skies once again. But there was a joy in the eyes of Archimedes. As he walked towards the caves it began to dawn who the deaf was and what their connection really was! The lightning became more fierce and the darkness now completely surrounded them. The memories of Archimedes past life surrounded him! He stood firm and the dwarf raised the sword up in the air. Lightning hit his sword as his eyes grew the same as the one Archimedes had! He was not a cripple for a moment, a moment alone! As Archimedes moved aside in honour and let him pass by! It was the same man who jumped into their horse in the middle of a battle, as Zeno rode them through the reigning fire! He planted his sword in the caves, deservedly so and the only noise Archimedes could have heard was the sound of the large round weapon clashing against the enemies in the Uday of the battle. Totally fearless, ever so valiant and never the one to run away the first sign of trouble. And most important never desert a friend when he needs it most. Archimedes still looked outside the caves and it reminded himself of someone. These words could be said of someone, he wondered! as a kid dwarf hit his legs and tripped over. He picked him up without a thought and watched the kid dwarf run into the darkness. The others were sacred and called him back. But Archimedes stopped them. Let him run , let him be fearless. Let him know that his future would not be covered in darkness!
