I know Who she is

Manuel just couldn't sleep. He was awake through out the night and kept on thinking. thoughts of different kinds ran through his mind. He remembered the day he picked the little girl who was freezing to death in the forest.

It was finally morning. Linda woke up and saw that her husband was lost in thoughts. She knew what he could have been thinking of so she greeted him a good morning and said nothing else. They both freshen up and went to prepare breakfast. When they got to the dinning room, the table was already set. " Good morning father, mother" she greeted with a smile, " Shall we have breakfast? I made it, then, father let's go out today, to the market" she acted as though nothing happened last night. They were shocked because it was new to both of them. " That would be great, daughter" Manuel replied with a slight smile. She didn't need to be told, she already knew from the looks on their faces that they had questions, doubts. Manuel cared for Lily so greatly, all he wanted to do was help her.

It was bright and sunny went they left home to go to the market. Linda chatted with Lily as putting aside all that had happened last night, she didn't want to talk about it and thought that most important thing was that their daughter was back. having stated with Lily for as long as six months, she loved her daughter and was scared for. Manuel walked with them but it felt as though he wasn't there at all. This was the first time Lily and Linda saw he this quite.

They took the route they usually take to the market. A man suddenly bumped into them, hitting Linda almost to the ground. " Ma'am I'm so sorry, I didn't realize, I was walking so fast I'm..." as the man was apologizing, Manuel grabbed him by the collar " You fool! Can't you see where you're going! You could have hurt she. What's wrong with you?" he snapped, pouring all his frustration on the man. Amidst the chaos, people gathered around, some stood watching what was going on while others tried to separate them. " Father, let go of him, we're both fine. Let's go please " Lily cried out and he listened. He let go of the man. The man turned to the person he had hit but met with a quite familiar face and was suddenly quite. He looked terrified and began to sweat, the kind that could only be felt by himself. Lily knew why he kept staring at her and she knew it wasn't going to be good, "Father, let's leave". ' Father?' the man was even more confused, " Witch" he blurted out in front of everyone pointing directly at Lily, " How is she here? I know who she is, she's Jenny". That name rang in her once again, it was an unpleasant sound to her and now that she thought of it, she remembered that her parents didn't know of that name, she didn't tell them and that was not good. The crowd around them began murmuring, and the man. wouldn't stop talking. She was angry, all she wanted to do was to turn him to dust but she couldn't because of the people there. " Your powers are awaken, you can do anything" a voice whispered into her ears. ' Anything' she thought. Looking the man straight in the eyes, putting him under hypnosis, she whispered inwardly ' Shut up' and he was quite, ' Take back all you said and leave at once and when you're gone forget you ever saw me and never return here ' she commanded. " Jenny, no you aren't her" he said " the witch...her name is Jenny. I thought it was her". Like a man with a brain of a chicken, he laughed and walked away leaving the crowd clueless and speechless.. Now that the chaos was over, the crowd of people returned to whatever they were doing leaving the three in the middle of the road.

Manuel knew there's was something off about his behavior, and the only person he knew had extraordinary powers was Lily but how! Turning to Lily and his wife, he said " Take Lily home, I have to go somewhere". And after they were gone,he stood there clueless on what to do. ' Priest' the idea popped into his head ' I should call the priest '.
