Chapter 10 - The coincidences

The water not only splashed on her face but also her bed." How refreshing to start a morning like this, I don't think I need to clean myself ." she wiped her face with her hand.

Rouxi quickly apologize to her young lady and ran to get another bucket of warm water .

" Tell Ai Li I request to meet her ."

Madame Huang demanded. So the maid immediately was on her way to delivered the message. The maid announced her presence to delivered the message.

" You may come in."

Ai Li allowed it. As soon as the maid came " Good morning miss I'm here to delivered...." Ai Li allowed her to raised her head so she rose her head , looked at Ai Li and saw Ai Li was soaking wet.

"Don't mind me , you may continue where you've stop."

"Umm well, the Madame requested for your presence."

" I bet it's about marriage again." Ai Li mumbled to herself ." I begged your pardon miss ?" . Ai Li told her it was nothing and she may leave now . Ai Li let out a big sighed.

The maid had done it part so she left. Rouxi with the bucket of water and saw a maid came out of her young lady's room. The maid looked at Rouxi weirdly as she was wet with a bucket of water. Looked like she accidentally wet herself while taking another bucket of water just now.

" Miss, may I asked why one of the Madame's maid came to you this early morning ?" Rouxi politely asked. " Oh, Mother is requesting me to meet her ." Ai Li responded . Ai Li reminded Rouxi to brings the copies with her.

While they were on their way to the chamber ,they overheard some maids were talking about Ai Li.

" Haven't you heard that our young lady still hasn't got married and she's 19 years old already."

" I didn't knew ,wait...that's why she always by herself."

Rouxi suddenly came into their conversation " Oh, so you're new here .".The maids turned around and apologize. Rouxi told them rather than they be talking about someone, they should be working by now.

Those maids nodded their head and just went away. Ai Li didn't bother at all since it was the truth , she couldn't object it , in anyway. As for Rouxi she was irritated by those maids but then Ai Li told her that they should careless about it and continued to walked.

They had arrived at the chamber. Rouxi told the servants to announced her young lady presence. The servant announce young lady Huang presence in a loud voice. The door had been opened and so of course Ai Li walked in.

Madame Huang asked her daughter to sit down and enjoyed the tea with her. Well, Ai Li knew it was not just about tea as her mother requested to meet her ,since these days her mother kept mentioning about marriage.

For a while they just drank tea and looked outside the window. Any moment now she would mentioning about it, she mumbled to herself. " Well, I think you have heard from your grandmother that soon you would be engaged."

Ai Li nodded her head as she understood what her mother meant. She asked whether or not she know the person who'd be her fiance? Madame Huang told her daughter to see it herself on the gathering that would happened in a few days.

So that was the news Madame Huang wanted tell her daughter . Ai Li may leave or she may stay to spend time with her mother. Since that was it Ai Li decided to leave.

Before she leave , she leave the copies on the table and told her mother she done it all already. Madame Huang laughed softly when she saw her daughter really had complete the whole thing.

" I should be leaving now , Mother."

Ai Li just realized due to the fact that she was about to get engaged in the next following days would means that her mother would stop nagging about marriage. She was enjoying it for a moment but then again, she was worried that she'd be engaged with a man that has an unpleasant personality.

She instantly held her both hands and closed her both eyes with desperate , ,and prayed for her not to be engaged with a corruptible person. She also prayed that she would not to meet young master Zhang .

Rouxi reminded her young lady since her punishment was lifted already ,she was allowed to go out without any worries. Ai Li realized that Rouxi was correct and decided to have fun.

Just as they arrived at the entrance a servant came to them " Miss do I need to prepare a carriage for you since you're going out?". Ai Li turned down the offer and told the servant that she decided just to walk.

Ai Li stepped out and let out a huge relieved " I'm finally out after enduring those pains I had during copying ." At the market it was bustling with crowds as always . All the hawkers used their loud voices to promote their product. Ai Li had missed this moments.

Ai Li went up to a candied stall and bought a candied shaped as a butterfly. She was enjoying her candied until she saw Li Xin , she quickly went to the nearest stall and sat herself.

Wait, why did she do that ? Why is she scare of him, there's nothing to be scare. Ai Li acted as nothing had happened.

Ai Li ordered two bowls of wantan while she was there already. Young master Zhang and his bodyguard passed by the stall without noticing they were there. Ai Li hoped that she won't bumped into him again.

She went to a clothing store and saw him again, she went to a restaurant also the same ,him again. So she went to a cosmetic shop, there's no way he would be there. If he's there it either meant he was stalking or it was a coincidences again.

I don't think he's stalking though like why would he want to stalk me though ? What is even the reason to begin with?

Then Ai Li recalled about that night. Couldn't be he didn't even saw her that night. So it might be just a coincidences. She bought a new mouth balm and a few rouge. Didn't expected to buy it again when she exited the shop.

It was unexpected that Rouxi would bumped into young master Zhang's bodyguard. The product got ruined as it fell to the ground . Li Xin did not expected that he would meet young lady Huang.

He greeted and apologized to Ai Li .Ai Li greeted him back. He suggested to buy the same product as an act of apology. Ai Li refused the offer but Li Xin insisted since he did not like the idea to be indebt to anybody so she agreed to it.
