Dinner Time Success

"Yess"

"What are the conditions for changing?"

I hurriedly asked. This might be a great opportunity.

"There are many factors such as changes in the environment, circumstances, mental state, relations with you, familiarity, attraction and many more."

Oh! I nodded.

Looks like there are many ways for reaching the goal. A devilish thought crossed my mind at the moment.

After self talking I started getting ready for dinner. I atleast should be a little attractive. The impression must always be good.

So I took a bath. Change my clothes. I wasn't having good clothes.

I was from a poor household so I could only wear a normal t-shirt and jeans. It was the most clean one that I had.

I immediately went in front of her door. I slapped my cheeks to awake myself, then pressed her bell.

No Mistakes. I muttered in my heart.

There she opened her door.

First I looked at her. She had changed into a normal set of clothes. They were still leagues better than my own. The next thing was that they were still too conservative, not even giving a chance to imagine.

"Come in Ryan" She said enthusiastically.

I complied and went after her.

Now I was seated at her dining table looking at the aromatic dishes on the table. I had never eaten such food.

The truth was that I knew it was just normal food. But for me who had never eaten such food it was a great feast.

Then Emily sat next to me. And I picked a spoon to start eating. When Emily said

" First recite a prayer!!"

Being the guest I complied. Looks like Emily is really a sincere girl. My profit. Hehe.

After prayer I started eating food it was heavenly. And by that I mean in my standards. So the food was normal to everybody's standards.

Still being the first time I relished the food. I could see Emily staring curiously at me eating her food.

She asked,

"Is the dinner that good?"

"Yes, too good!!"

We did some small talk while eating the food. After the food she took the dishes to wash.

I knew it was my chance I immediately followed her.

"What are you doing here, Ryan?"

"I can't eat your food for free. Let me help in washing the dishes." I said in a determined tone. Feeling it she let me help her.

I now needed to steer the conversation in the right direction.

The environment has been set.

Now garner a little bit of sympathy.

"Do you live here alone miss Emily?" I inquired in a curious tone.

"Yes, I live here alone. What about you Ryan?"

"Me too" I said in a lonely tone.

"So you live alone here, where are your family members?" She asked in a confused tone, probably didn't understand why I would live alone at such a young age.

"Yes, I live alone. I am an orphan."

I said in a tone laced with sadness.

"My father died a month ago he was my last relative in this world."

At this moment my eyes were watery and I was speaking in a sobbing voice.

I looked so heartbroken that it felt like the world had abandoned me.

My act was perfect even I could feel sadness.

Didn't know i was truly sad or not. But does it truly matter. No.

I reeled my attention back to Emily. She was also affected by my atmosphere. Sympathy was practically dropping from her face.

Great.

"I feel so lonely in this world."

Emily was also affected by me. She was really sad. A teenage boy living alone in this world without anyone to support.

She at least has her parents but he doesn't have them too. No family. No friends. Her heart melted.

This was the moment. I immediately used my ability and implanted the thought. This was my last try and I have to get it right there was no option.

'From now you will consider Ryan Frost just like a family member.'

This was what I had chosen. Right after the implant as if there was something changed in her mind. Her emotions got amplified.

She quickly came near me and patted my head saying,

"Don't worry. Everything will be fine Ryan. I am there for you. You are not alone anymore in this world. I will be your friend and family."

I was so happy. Every step has gone planned. It was a success. Her thought of helping me like a family member was amplified.

The situation, the ambience everything was on the spot.

I had finally taken my first step towards a grand future.
