Returning home

As we had reached my home l was being greeted by the servants l had dismissed my subordinates and they had returned to the training grounds to go rest .

l was walking down the hallway admiring the intricate designs of the house l had reached the room where my father was working at to get the details of this supposed ball .

l knocked on the door as supposed the etiquette of this era l heard a gruff voice say "come in ".

l entered and looked at the man who is 'my' father we looked 97% alike l just looked like the female younger version of him the previous Lillian was a very smileful?

girl but now we even had the same expression .

"You have changed Lillian quite a lot *sigh*all my children grew up so quickly ."

"tell me the details of the ball" it sounded like l was talking to a stranger rather than to my own .

". . . lt is hosted at the side palace at 23 the timing is 8:20 ... '

hmm l said and walked out of the room felling just a tad bit of guilt for my father well he isn't even my father.

The ball is in two days l wonder why he called me so early maybe he was worried about his daughter l thought while swinging my sword that looked as if it was cutting through the air .

l was still swinging my sword when a voice interrupted me "ahh quite the fierce lady l see here "

l turn around and see a person in a robe it covered her face but it could not hide those shining blue eyes of her in an annoyed tone l said " who are you and what the f**k do you want "

"nothing nothi-" the blue eyed lady was interrupted with a series of shouts saying "there the assassin went in that direction ."

"OPPS gotta run bye bye !" as the soldiers reached my destination the lady had already fled they questioned if l had seen an assassin l pointed to the direction where the lady as l had no need to lie they saluted and went on their merry way .

l continued training while thinking about that idiotic that stopped to talk to me while getting chased by guards such stupidity.

l had finished my training and had told a servant to bring all meals to my room and to inform my family l would not be having lunch dinner or whatever with them .

l went to my room not waiting for the maid's affirmation.

l changed my clothes into a comfortable night gown even though it was evening l took a nap to pass time as l was tired some how even in my dreams l still couldn't stop thinking about that lady.
