Phoenix Cry Pavilion

Leon's first objective was to calm the group down and get them to listen to his orders. What he needed more than anything was this event to play out in a way that neither Blaine nor anyone else will become a nuisance while he's dealing with the Heavens' Chosen. Having outside interference would complicate things and destabilize his plans for the future. He also needs to make sure that this group is absolutely loyal to him.

"Even if we scare that little shit away today, there's no guarantee that he won't come back. What we need to do is give him both a scare that will haunt his nightmares while letting everyone know that we're not someone who can be messed with even if I'm not here. We can't have a repeat of this bullshit happening again."

His words agitated the bunch bringing up memories of having to run away like dogs. Before him was a group that had to endure and keep their anger in check. More than anything they're royally pissed. Now he just had to control that anger.

"You need to gather anyone else who's still loyal, tell them I'm going to put Blaine in his place. We also need to spread word that I'm back and that Blaine's days are numbered. We need to grab control of the public's attention and point it towards the Pavilion."

Leon's main weapon was false bravado. He needs to control both the morale of both sides and make everyone's thoughts be filled with a picture of his own making. Caleb had said that Leon had lost a lot of support so what he needed to do was make people think that he had complete control over the situation. As long as they think he has this matter already settled and in the bag they will naturally follow what they think is the winning side. As long as he shows a front of complete confidence, then they will start to come up with the reasons for that confidence on their own.

"There is the hired help, but we can't really count on them to do anything though."

Wow, these guys are really pieces of shit. Hired help? Aren't they just a bunch of thugs you pay to rough up those you don't like? Was this the support that Caleb was talking about? It would make sense that hired help wouldn't involve themselves in something that could turn bad at a moment's notice.

"Boss, I'll go and get those thugs."

And with that one of them ran out of the room leaving the others behind. They looked amongst each other before two others stepped forward.

"We can spread the word, but I don't know how much just the two of us can do."

"Alright, go catch up and get some of the hired help to also spread the word."

With that they were down to six not including Leon. Now it was time for him to weave things in a way that he won't be the one leading the charge.

"Caleb, you take front."

Caleb looked at him in confusion at the sudden role change.

"That bastard is currently drunk and who knows whether or not he knows about my return yet. We'll catch him off guard if I enter while he believes that I'm still absent. Even if someone was really keeping an eye on this place it's unknown if that person has met up with Blaine yet. Blaine's a coward, so he's the type who will be weak to direct confrontation, and we'll have justification if we can catch him insulting me to my face."

The most troublesome matter of this whole ordeal was that the main parties involved were the young masters of two of the Major Clans. Anything that happens could be blown out of proportion and involve the two Clans. If that happens then what will matter in the end is who is right and who is wrong.

While Blaine may have been insulting Leon behind his back, no one dared to say anything about it since he could deny everything and with his status no one could call him out on his lie. While Leon may have a shitty reputation right now, his word is still that of a young master of the Rain Clan. Blaine will have a harder time denying everything allowing Leon to have justification if the Clans decide to get involved.

Caleb seemed to be running Leon's words through his head before he gave a nod in understanding. It seemed he also knew how complicated this whole matter could end up becoming if things go wrong. With Leon's order the rest of the group who were still in the private room charged out with Caleb in the lead.

Leon could now calm down as no one seemed to have any problem with his words, his lack of directions was once again safely hidden. As he passed by the door to the private room he saw his servant go back into his usual position. Well at least if things take a drastic turn he would be protected. Although, would a young master of the Bell Clan also have a servant equivalent to his own?

The group drew a lot of attention as they headed towards what Leon guessed was the Phoenix Cry Pavilion. Their group was apparently a highly recognizable one as people started to whisper amongst each other and Leon even heard some people bringing up Blaine's name. The matter between Leon and Blaine must have been public knowledge at this point, maybe even a source of entertainment to those not involved in the matter. It probably wasn't every day that drama tied to the Major Clans happened before their eyes, even if it was such an irrelevant matter as this one.

Leon also didn't forget to do a sweep of the different establishments they passed on their way to the Pavilion. Maybe due to the pavilion being such a major landmark of the district, Leon could notice some high end places popping up. He even started to see some businesses that were different from what he had seen before. He saw some art galleries and libraries, the finer arts must have been something that was more of a unique experience exclusive to the rich. He could even hear musical instruments being played coming from some of the restaurants he passed by.

Leon's musings about the difference between the two parts of the district were interrupted as the party finally made it to their destination, the Phoenix Cry Pavilion was right in front of them now. Leon was amazed by the sheer size of the place, while it may have been short compared to what he had seen in his previous life, in this one almost all of the buildings he had seen were just a single story tall. The Phoenix Cry Pavilion however was a whopping five stories tall.

The architecture was also on another level when compared to its surroundings. You would also have to keep in mind that the businesses around were also on the higher side of things but even they paled in comparison. This place lived up to being allowed to name itself after the City itself. By doing so it had become the representative for the dining scene of the city, people would compare it to the restaurants of other cities.

Leon had to fight the aura of suppression he felt emanating from such a fine establishment. Even if he was the Young Master in this life, he still had the identity of a regular person in his past life. He didn't have the same upbringing that these young masters had, going out to eat had been a luxury to him. Leon hid his thoughts and followed behind the group who entered as if the place was like any other, more than likely that probably wasn't wrong at least in their eyes.

Leon had to stop himself from acting like a bumpkin as he tried to take in the interior of the Pavilion in wonder. The Phoenix Cry Pavilion wasn't just fancy on the outside, even its inside screamed luxury. As they entered the occupants all focused upon his group, was Blaine also looking at them now? Leon made sure to hide himself in the back and tried to make himself as invisible as possible. Seeing how no one started yelling Blaine must have not been on this floor.

Even though Drew had never stated where Blaine was in the restaurant, Caleb didn't slow down and continued to move with a destination in mind. They headed towards the stairs and didn't stop at any of the floors and made their way all the way up to the fifth floor. As Leon had been passing each floor he still took a little glimpse of them. He saw how the quality of each floor was better than the last with the fifth being the best. Each floor must have catered to customers of different standings with the top being for the most esteemed of customers.

At this point Leon was almost afraid to bump into anything, he had completely forgotten his current identity and had the mindset of if he were back in his old body. He had the feeling if he broke anything here his wallet would be hurting badly. If he were to break a table and the content on it he wouldn't be surprised if he were to end up in debt trying to pay off the damages. He snapped back to reality as he remembered that he was currently the Seventh Young Master of the Rain Clan and not Leon the salaryman. More than likely his Rain Clan could buy the whole Pavilion if they wanted to.
