“What do you mean?” Christopher clasped her arm. “Stop talking nonsense and eat the medicine,” he hissed, placing a tablet in her palm.

Under his fiery gaze, Abigail cowered.

"Do you find it difficult to meet my demand for a baby? It has been two years, Christopher." 

He didn’t answer her question. All he did was stare at her, acting mute.

“Why do I feel like you don’t care about my feelings?” Abigail asked. “Don’t you love me?”

His silence was the clear answer.

The Billionaire's Sick Wife

Christopher raised an eyebrow, sensing her displeasure. He was also aware of the reason. If someone else spoke to him in such a harsh tone, he would respond with a snappish retort. He was amused instead of angry with her. He was pleased to know that she was unhappy with Vivian visiting him.

When he checked the footage the day before, he had thought of interrogating Vivian. Before he could send his assistant to call her, she had shown up on her own.

Christopher was angry with Vivian for entering his office without his permission, but he asked her about the accident in the recreation room without expressing his displeasure. As expected, she told him that it was unintentional.

He had his doubts, though. Since both Abigail and Vivian said the same thing, he couldn't take action. So, he only advised her to concentrate on work rather than wasting her time and mind on other matters.
