“What do you mean?” Christopher clasped her arm. “Stop talking nonsense and eat the medicine,” he hissed, placing a tablet in her palm.

Under his fiery gaze, Abigail cowered.

"Do you find it difficult to meet my demand for a baby? It has been two years, Christopher." 

He didn’t answer her question. All he did was stare at her, acting mute.

“Why do I feel like you don’t care about my feelings?” Abigail asked. “Don’t you love me?”

His silence was the clear answer.

When he witnessed Vivian faint in front of him, Christopher's demeanor went from rage to shock. He came here to find out about Oscar, but Vivian passed out as soon as she learned of Eddie's condition. She didn't seem to know anything about the attack.

'If that's the case, why has she called Eddie?'

"I get nothing here…" Benjamin, who had been searching the house for clues, approached him. He paused abruptly as he saw Vivian unconscious. "What happened here?"

Christopher jolted out of his trance. He quickly rushed to her.

He patted her cheeks, trying to revive her. "Vivian, Vivian, wake up," he said in a worried tone.

He looked up at Benjamin, who was towering beside them. "Bring some water."

"En…" Benjamin rushed into the kitchen and came back with a glass of water. He sprinkled the water on her face.
