Under his fiery gaze, Abigail cowered.

"Do you find it difficult to meet my demand for a baby? It has been two years, Christopher." 

He didn’t answer her question. All he did was stare at her, acting mute.

“Why do I feel like you don’t care about my feelings?” Abigail asked. “Don’t you love me?”

His silence was the clear answer.

Abigail's voice rose to a scream. "Stop! Don't hurt him. Lance, please stop them. They'll kill him."

Her pleas fell on deaf ears as Lance only laughed maniacally, seemingly reveling in the torment he was inflicting upon Sebastian. Abigail's desperation grew as she watched her father's suffering helplessly, attempting to pull her arm from Lance's grip but failing.

"Papa…" Abigail's voice quivered with grief and frustration as she witnessed the brutal scene. Her heart ached as she begged Lance to stop the torture, but he remained unmoved by her pleas.

She was filled with a sense of hopelessness, unsure of how they could escape from this nightmarish situation. Her earlier optimism that Christopher would save them was quickly giving way to a profound uncertainty about their fate in the hands of the lunatic in front of her.
