“What do you mean?” Christopher clasped her arm. “Stop talking nonsense and eat the medicine,” he hissed, placing a tablet in her palm.

Under his fiery gaze, Abigail cowered.

"Do you find it difficult to meet my demand for a baby? It has been two years, Christopher." 

He didn’t answer her question. All he did was stare at her, acting mute.

“Why do I feel like you don’t care about my feelings?” Abigail asked. “Don’t you love me?”

His silence was the clear answer.

"You have become a grandfather, Papa," Abigail revealed delightfully, beaming with joy as she spoke. "Your grandson is adorable."

Abigail looked at her son, sleeping soundly in the cradle beside the hospital bed.

"Oh, my God, sweetheart. It's awesome news." Sebastian was overjoyed at the news, his heart swelling with happiness. Tears of joy welled up in his eyes, reflecting his deep emotions. He wished he could be there with them, feeling remorseful for not being able to be by her side.

"I am happy," he murmured through his tears. "God bless you, darling. I wish I could see him. Hold him in my arms."

"Wait a moment." Abigail, understanding his sentiments, swiftly took a picture of her son and sent it to her father. "I have sent you his photo."
