Epilogue

Gracefully I've been swirled into a long unfamiliar corridor decorated in sandstone. Directly in front of me is a close door. I stepped forward and knocked once. The deep voice that I came to love answered by telling me to enter. My stomach topsy-turvy. A cornucopia of emotions bubbles inside of me as I turned the doorknob anti-clockwise and entered. "Rose?" He asked when his eyes landed upon my face. It feels like I could combust from joy. I've never been as sure in all my life as I am at this very moment. We met each other halfway. "I've returned. Would you still have me?" I questioned to my surprise. He gave me a little crooked smile. "I thought you'd never ask," he said as he pulled me in closer and caught me in a warm, comfortable embrace. Our lips locked, finally assuring our first kiss and it's absolutely perfect. This is overall a picture-perfect moment, painted by Da Vinci's brush.

It might have all started out as a typical love story and a confession underneath the Sakura tree (a revelation which never actually came to pass, coming to think of it), but it ended on somewhat of a different note altogether.

I am Luna Rose Dragneel, sister of Natsu Dragneel. Daughter of Igneel, the Fire Dragon and cousin of the Eternal Dragon, Shenron. I'm a twenty-seven year old fire mage from Magnolia (who happens to be nowhere near her realm, in fact) and this, believe it or not, was my unexpected journey.
