Chapter 3: Intresting

The moment Jake entered the room Cindy and Haley could feel some type of release on their minds.

'What was that? Why would I even think that? This guy isn't even my type.' Was Haley first thought as she saw Jake come in.

'What was that feeling? Did my heart really start beating for him?' Cindy thought as she looked at Caleb.

[If I remember correctly this should be the first time they both meet Caleb, the protagonist of the story, apparently it was love at first sight for Cindy. That should probably be the world's will at work or some type of power the protagonist has to make all the girls around him fall for him.] Jake thought as he entered and saw the surprised expressions on their faces.

Making his way to the couch and looking at Haley who now had that business smile and aura on her face Jake couldn't help but remember what happened in this chapter.

[If I remember correctly, besides Cindy and Charlie, all the other heroines all tried to keep their distance from Caleb at first, that would make sense as they had more life experience than Cindy and Charlie who hadn't even finished college yet.]

[Maybe they could just tell there was something wrong with Caleb or could deduce that their actions were different from what they would usually do. Ah who cares, this time I'll make sure Caleb's life is a living hell.]

'So that's what it was, the protagonist's power, no wonder I thought I was in love, I'm a heroine, after all, I'm supposed to be with the protagonist. So it's not love but some type of mind influencing power the protagonist has.' Cindy thought in disgust as she looked at Caleb.

Now that she knew that he could be influencing her mind to like him more, she wanted nothing more than to be far away from him.

'It looks like when Jakes around the mind influencing power of the protagonist goes away, that means Jake should be the villain. How interesting.' Halsey thought as she looked at Caleb and Jake.

As a drama chaser, there was nothing more satisfying than watching drama happen in front of you.

After a couple of seconds of silence as both women were stuck in their thoughts about how they could be potentially mind-controlled to like Caleb, Jake was the First person to speak out.

"So Cindy, you should be here for the funding right, Uncle called me last night talking about needing $20 million." Jake said in a soft yet authoritative tone.

"Yes, this project is important, if it succeeds my family will be able to bring in more than $200 million in profit," Cindy said in a cold confident tone as if she had already gotten funds.

Yet no one could blame her as the original villain was a licking dog that did everything she said, yet she had forgotten that this wasn't the usual Jake.

"You know I've been thinking recently if I wanted to marry you or not, I mean personally I would rather marry Haley as she was basically meant to be my wife before you."

"And we all know your family just wants you to marry me for the 20 billion, and recently I just wanted to know if you personally want to marry me?" Jake said, staring straight at Cindy.

He had already thought about what he wanted to do and depending on Cindys' answer this could go all sorts of ways.

{Fuckin scum, of course she doesn't want to marry you, well doesn't matter in a few days ill have her all over me, hehe, it won't be long until she's mine and you're a cuck with green grass all over your head} Caleb thought as he envisioned the perfect future.

[O, is this Caleb's thoughts? I can hear the thoughts of the protagonist. Now that's interesting, it's gonna be so much easier to deal with this guy.] Jake thought as he heard Caleb's thought.

'Now things are getting interesting, if I'm right Cindy should be able to hear Jakes and Calebs' thoughts so that means all the heroines would be able to hear their thoughts, Yet Jake can hear Calebs' thoughts and it looks like Caleb can't hear Jake's thoughts.' Haley summarized from what she could see.

'THIS IS SO COOL! A real-life drama is happening before my eyes.' Haley thought as she felt a sense of excitement she never felt before.

Hearing Jake's question Cindy first thought of her own feelings on this matter, but then hearing Claim's annoying voice she changed her mind again.

"We've known each other since we were children so while I do feel a little weird about it, there's no one besides you I would rather marry." Cindy said in a soft voice.

So soft everyone almost missed it.

{What?No! NO! She's supposed to say no, wait a minute she must be pretending, yes that's it she must have said all that to get the funding. Dang it, as long as I make her fall for me I'll make her rip that damn contract apart on their wedding day. Ha can't wait to humiliate this piece of shit after all you shouldn't mess with my women.}

'Holy shit do some men really think like this? So disgusting Haley thought as she heard Calebs' thoughts.

'His woman? What is wrong with this guy, this is my first time seeing him and he calls me his woman? I really fell for a guy like this? No way, it has to be the protagonist's mind influencing power that made me fall for him.' Cindy thought disgustedly as she heard Caleb's thoughts.

[Now that's a surprise, given Cindys' Cold Female template I didn't expect her to say something like that.]

Hearing what Cindy just said a small smile came onto Jake's lips, looking her up and down Jake felt more and more Satisfied.

[While she's more petite than Haley, Molly, or Rebecca, she definitely has the prettiest face and best hourglass figure, not that the other woman can't compare, but her body just looks so perfect no matter what she wears.]

{Staring at my women like that, you'll pay dearly} Caleb thought as he saw Jake Checking out Cindy.

Hearing Calebs thought a mischievous smile came onto Jake's face.

"Really then? Come here." Jake said, patting his lap.

{This Dam bastard! HOW DARE HE MESS WITH MY WOMEN!}

'Now this is definitely a different Jake' Haley thought as she watched the show going on in front of her.

Being able to hear Clabes and Jake's thoughts made this just so much more interesting.

The original Jake would never command Cindy to do anything, he was just a licking dog that gave her everything she wanted without wanting anything in return.

Hearing Jake's request, Cindys' first thought was to reject him, but hearing Celebs' thoughts she once again changed her mind.

'Why does this man think I'm his?'Cindy thought as she made her way to Jakes.

The whole room went silent as she sat down on Jake's lap.

'Ah, I feel a little jealous.' Haley thought looking at Cindy sitting on Jake's lap, she would rather they break the marriage contract so she could be with Jake.

In her opinion Cindy never deserved Jake's love, it should've been her who he gave his love to.

{No Why?Why?Why would she do that? Maybe it must be to get some more funding. Yes, Don't worry Cindy, in two days my squad should be arriving. I'll make sure to make sure Jake never has those legs again.} Caleb thought viciously as he saw Cindy sitting on Jake's legs, that should have been him.

Seeing Cindy sitting on his lap, Jake wrapped his hands around her waist and moved her between his legs, and put his head on her neck.

[God she smells so good and feels so soft, no way I'm letting her go now, besides it's only right as I'm her fiance.] Jake thought as he felt the Soft body on him.

Jake was a tall male standing around 6'3 and Cindy was only around 5'8 meaning Jake could clearly view the hidden valley on her chest

"Alright, you can get the funding you need as well as an extra 10 mil as long as you fire that bodyguard of yours."

Feeling a hot breath on her neck, Cindy blushed and nodded.

"Young master Jake, whether I work for the Loue family or not has nothing to do with you, so please remember your boundaries." Caleb suddenly said in a clearly angry tone as he saw Cindy blushing.

"You're right I don't," Jake said as he took out his phone and made a call.

"I'll give you the funding along with an extra 10 mil as long as you fire Caleb," Jake said, ending the call.

"You-" Caleb said but was interrupted by his phone ringing.

Answering it was obvious his teeth were clenched and his phone even started cracking, showing how angry he was.

"Yes, Sir.'' Was the last thing Caleb said before the phone broke.

Without another word he left.

{Fuckin Idiot, once my crews here in a couple of days you'll pay, ill make sure you die a gruesome death, hehe doesn't matter once I get my chance I'll have your fiance all over me and take over your stupid company.} Caleb thought as he left not wanting to embarrass himself any longer in front of the two women he deemed his.
