Body guard

I went to my classes as normal except I can feel some tension, from my teachers, from one of the vitale family who are always there. Tasha spent the whole day with me.

I learned today that vampire’s fledgling will die without their doms, we're practically babies whether we like it or not. I being a little just make things easier for me, fledgling need attention and love as much as they need blood, we can get sick too, catch the flu even. We're vulnerable till we hit the one hundred year mark.

The death of a fledgling can cause so much heartbreak for the doms that they too will die, changing your sub to a vampire is tying your life to theirs.

Wow I didn't know any of those things, why didn't they teach me those before I was changed. That's a lot to think about, my wellbeing affecting Dimitri’s. After that class I couldn't go back to my head space, how could I, all I had in mind was Dimitri, how he treated me for the last few days.

Why is he so mad at me, did he regret changing me, but now he can't get rid of me or we'll both die.

Tasha walked me toward Madame P. office instead of the cafeteria, well something is up for sure. We walk in to see Dimitri, his father adrik and other members of the family are present. Okay now something is definitely wrong, what are they all doing here? Dimitri doesn't even acknowledge me he's too busy talking with one of the guys, while papa adrik open his arms for me and I run there.

In my staying with the family I became a spoiled princess, I can get away with anything if papa adrik is there.

/"How's my printsessa doing/" he ask.

/"I'm fine papa adrik/" I reply with a smile.

/"Sophia/" just like that one word and my smile vanish and my mood goes from happy to dark, Dimitri called me and I have to answer after this morning leash threat I'm not going to risk it.

I go like a good trained puppy and stand between his legs /"yes sir/" I mumble. He drag me closer , I don't wanna go but I can't give attitude in front of the whole family , Dimitri fix my skirt and shirt, I dressed myself this morning of course only now he'll remember to fix them for me.

/"Sophia this is Lucca/" he says pointing to a guy next to him, he's about 5’9, not the tallest but compared to me he is, he got some good muscle mass on him and a kind smile.

/"Lucca this is Sophia your new assignment/" ~Dimitri

Assignment??What the freck? I look at Dimitri questioning but he don't seem to pay me attention. I look at Lucca and he smile at me again and extend one hand toward me.

/"Hello little girl/" ~Lucca

I run and hide back with papa adrik, I don't like new people, I don't like being an assignment, I don't understand a thing.

/"Sophia /" Dimitri calls but I ignore him, he's been ignoring me for the last few days so why not pay him his kindness back.

/"Sophia mind me little girl/" he says with gritted teeth, I still ignore him, I'm hiding my face in papa adrik chest.

I feel a sting on the back of my thighs, aouch I look back to see an angry Dimitri standing behind me. Again with the bruising grip on me, he drag me with him and stand me between his legs again, I feel like a puppy getting scolded by his master.

/"I'm going to say this one last time, next time you wonder away from me or leave my sight without permission I'm putting you on a leash/" ~Dimitri

/"But daddyyyyy.../" I start to whine but he put a finger on my lips shushing me.

/"This is Lucca, where you go, he goes. You do what he asks you to do, his job is to protect you and that's all you need to know/" ~Dimitri

/"He's like my bodyguard or something/" I ask

/"Or something, he'll report any misbehaving directly to me so you better behave/" he threaten.

After our let's call it meeting we went back to class, I didn't get my lunch and I was hungry and cranky.

We had Sire Nicholas class together, I love his classes, we went in and I sat on my own desk next to Dimitri while Lucca sat behind both of us. In the middle of class my stomach was growling, I tucked on Dimitri’s sleeve but he was busy on his phone again. What is it with him and his phone lately, he pay it more attention than me.

By the end of class I was starving and got enough with Dimitri ignoring me, so what I did might be wrong but in my head it made total sense, I bite his hand, hard enough to draw blood.

Before I can do anything and yes my plan was to bite him and drink from his blood, the hunger was clouding my thoughts all I wanted was blood.

Dimitri slapped me on the face hard, I wanted to get away to go and cry in some corner but Lucca catched me before I even made it toward the door.

/"Prince let her go, Lucca take her to the nurse office and feed her something. You and I need to have a talk vitale/" ~Sire Nicholas

Lucca looked up at Dmitri who only nodded, I was carried to the nurse office sobbing my eyes out, the kind nurse putted some ice on my face, she tried to feed me but I refused. I kept crying till I vomited, I haven't cried this hard in so long. Afterwards I felt exhausted and just closed my eyes and went to sleep. This day was truly miserable.
