CHAPTER 36: DEW BROKERAGE FIRM

Sarah rented and furnished offices for the DEW brokerage firm before leaving for Srad.

Sarah held the payment for the system while she awaited the official launch of her company. She scheduled a meeting with the brokerage firm's newly hired employees and then paid the system the points it required to do the job for her.

Sarah was also given a list of companies that were doing well and were also worth investing in. This information was intended for her, as well as for the person she hired to manage the brokerage firm on her behalf.

This person was required to persuade others to invest and give them their money so that they could earn more money with it. And how were they supposed to do that in the absence of information?

Another plus was that the person she chose was very powerful and had done a lot of stock trading since university. She was seasoned and had experienced both losses and gains in the past.

Even now, the lady was still trading, and she wondered why this person was still looking for work when she could easily make a fortune trading for herself.

Sarah drove to the commercial district where the offices were located with all of the information she had gathered, and when she arrived, her two employees were already there.

When Sarah got out of the car, the two ladies greeted her politely before following her inside. As the cleaning lady in charge was doing her job, the place was very neat and tidy.

Apart from her, the cleaning lady has the keys, which she intended to change because she didn't feel comfortable allowing someone who wasn't working for her to have access to her workplace, which will now contain a lot of secrets.

There was no office for her in this building, but that didn't bother her because she didn't need one. Inside the main office, where the manager will be working, there were several chairs and an extra table for holding meetings.

"I would like to say welcome to your new working place owned by yours truly Sarah Roberts," Sarah said as she scanned and observed the two ladies she chose from the crowd.

"As you can see, it will primarily be the two of you working here, and I anticipate that you will work well together. What I despise the most is the animosity and disorder in the workplace, especially one where a single mistake can make a person extremely wealthy or extremely poor."

The two ladies took a serious look at their lady boss; they hadn't been able to see her properly before because her face was hidden behind the veil, but now that they were staring at that pretty face, they wondered if their decision to apply for this job was worthwhile.

Who wouldn't want to work for a beautiful person?

"So, I hope that you will work together, and be united, and if there is a problem between the two of you or any other issues that may surface in the future, talk to me. I don't want your problems between the two of you to have an impact on this company."

"Even though there are only the two of you now, Sophie is the manager here, and more of you will be joining in the future. Tyra is the receptionist, and I am confident that you will do an excellent job with your skills. Just because there are two of you here doesn't mean there are only two of you. There is a dedicated team of traders who will not be working with us, but they are present and in charge of all types of trading."

"Sophie, I know you have knowledge and experience in trading, whether for yourself or for others, which is why I expect a lot from you. I will send you........."

Sarah quickly went into more detail about the work that the two ladies will be expected to do starting today.

The meeting lasted three hours and everyone understood what they were supposed to do by the end.

Sarah took the two ladies shopping for stationery and office supplies such as sugar and coffee.

After purchasing everything with money from the company that she deposited when she first registered the company.

Sophie had been reading through the analysis of several companies that Sarah had given her earlier in the meeting, and she had been floating in the clouds up until this point.

This was the best thing she had ever come across since she began trading. She had previously worked as an agent and made a lot of money trading for others.

Sophie has a dream of becoming wealthy before the age of thirty. She wishes to buy a large house, drive a luxurious car, and never have to worry about money again.

She clearly earned a lot over the last decade and so when trading, but it wasn't enough to provide her with what she desired.

With a large family that relies on her, the majority of her money is still given to them, while she keeps the remainder. If she invests in the manner suggested by her boss, she does not doubt that her dream will come true soon.

She decided to put her trust in the company and try her luck because she had decided to work for Sarah and had never heard anything about it.

How was she supposed to persuade others to invest in the company for which she worked if she hadn't tried it herself?

Sophie stopped Sarah before she left the office for a brief conversation that left Sarah beaming.

"Boss, are we allowed to invest in the company as employees?" Sophie posed a question that Tyra was also interested in.

In this world, who doesn't want to make money?

"Just because you are an employee doesn't mean you aren't eligible to earn money," Sarah said softly to Sophie before turning to look at Tyra, "I can assure you that our company will never let any of its clients, including employees, suffer losses. Simply go through the schemes and select the one you want, and everything will be taken care of from there."

Tyra was also interested in this because, as a young lady, she wanted to earn money, flaunt her money, and try her hardest not to rely on other people, particularly men, for money.
