Right now, Alice, Samantha, and Lily were peeking together toward the conversation from a secure location.

"You are so rude Sam sam, we can't fight in the house. Besides isn't it better that they break the engagement? It would help me become the first wife of Dante hehe." Lily said happily.
"Don't talk randomly Lily. Why would he marry you? Hmph." Alice said with a vicious look towards Lily.
"Bro is mine. Stay out of my way, blood Lily," said Sam looking at lily while saying a word that brought a killing intent from Lily.

Dante looked completely shocked and showed a sad face.

Everyone heard him, including 5 little ladies outside peeking and Freya as well.
"Because you are my friend, Freya. We will always be friends and whenever you need me in the future I will stand by your side no matter what."
Declared Dante with perfect loudness and facial expressions.
Dante's inner thoughts were something else.

After talking with Freya ended. Dante returned to talk with little lords and ladies.
After receiving congratulations. He cut the cake alongside Samantha.
After the cake ceremony, the priestess from the church came and the blessing ceremony started.
In the religion of the Church of Dawn, which had the name "Lightium", the young people were to be blessed at age of 5.
Priestess of Lightium, Sarah Hawkins, who was a middle-aged woman with a beautiful and desirable body, came forward to bless Dante and Samantha.

The center of the hall was empty and only Dante and Sam were standing there. Everyone else was watching them in a circle.
When light stuck Samantha, the light created 7 stars of Fate. Which identified her potential and capabilities that she could achieve in the future.
Everyone was amazed and horrified by seeing so many stars. One must know the Saintess only showed 8 stars when the light of blessing struck her, so that meant Sam could achieve at least the same level of achievement as Saintess in the future if Lucky.
The highest number of stars to ever appear was when the 'Eternal Saint' was blessed. Saint showed 10 stars of fate, which meant he would triumph over all odds and stay supreme for eternity.
Everyone started talking about how the world was going to change forever and that Samantha would lead them to victory against Demonkind once and for all in the future. They already termed her a "Future Saintess".
Oh, how foolish they were. If they knew that she destroyed everyone in the future then they would not have the same thoughts.
The stars of Fate just showed the potential that one could reach and not the actual achievements one would make in the future.
Samantha didn't look happy because she knew that if she stands out too much then her brother would prefer to stay away from her due to jealousy and self-blame.
So she looked at Dante who was looking at her.
Dante showed a kind smile and looked happy for her. So in return, she also showed a brilliant smile which was misunderstood by people all around them.

All types of cringe comments were being made by bootlicking nobility.
After some time, the priestess started to change her staff's direction toward Dante.
Dante was standing with no care whatsoever.

He had the desire to leave the hall and go to the bathroom, but he needed to wait.
'This all due to that bastard Garry and his sister Dahlia who kept pestering me when I wanted to leave the hall. If he hadn't stopped me in Hall then I would have gone to the bathroom before cutting the cake. Fack him and his whole family.'

The priestess pressed the bottom of the staff on the floor and lightly moved toward Dante.
Dante was hoping for this stupidity to end fast so he could shit himself.

'Good riddance. *sigh* Now I don't need to rush to the bathroom anymore. Had to waste 5,000 points which are equivalent to 50 days of the training mission.'
So missions were divided into [Daily Missions] and [Timed Missions]. He could do daily missions to achieve daily SP from a nice system.
Dante didn't know but while he was talking to the system, everyone around him was having a heart attack because of the phenomenon the blessing ceremony had caused.

Light struck Dante and it shrouded everyone in brightness.
Dante the main focus of light was completely floated into the air.
The avatar appeared behind him of goddess Lucrecia. Who took Dante into his embrace.
This event had never happened before. The whole country was shrouded by light from the Sky which pierced through all layers of the World.
The stars shined. The world cried with joy. The Darkness vanished from all parts of the continent and everyone saw in the sky. The figure of goddess Lucrecia. Presenting the greatest symbol of authority to someone. Nobody knew who that person was, as this never happened before.
Everyone looked outside and forgot that ceremony was happening in the hall.
Stars started shining around Dante.

Everyone looked again at Dante who was surrounded by the stars of Fate. The stars were not stopping their shine and with the embrace of the goddess, the stars showed even more brightly.
When they all thought that the ceremony will end now. The unexpected happened.

Everyone viewed Dante with shocked eyes. Even children were shocked by this.
Most people had their mouths open which was completely not according to their noble personality and stature.
15 stars appeared in total and then boom.
The light vanished. The world seemed to be moving again.
Only 1 star remained and Dante stood beneath it like a supreme genius.
People started talking.
"So he only had 1 Star of fate. I thought 15 stars appeared but maybe it was a mistake."
"Yes, look at him. Only 1 star haha. Even I had 3 stars. No wonder he is trash."

Everyone started humiliating Dante and saying bad things about his fate.
Wolf's family's faces looked sad and angry at the same time.

Yes, it was Lady Felicia, the mother of Dante who shouted.
Everyone became quiet and the priestess began to talk.
"Congrats to both children for getting blessed by the goddess. goddess blessing is equal and Just."
Priestess's words meant that the goddess doesn't lie and that Dante is trash so just accept it.
Wolf's family wasn't happy with this and the priestess changed the topic.
"Both children are blessed with an element of Light. Dante has medium-rank Lightning and Fire element affinity. Whereas, Samantha has Supreme rank 5 major element affinity. Congrats to both."
Priestess said while smiling towards the children.
Dante smiled and went happily towards his mother.
"Everyone let's eat now shall we," said Felicia to all guests, and food was served.

After eating food and finishing talking with people.
Dante went to the bathroom and took a piss. He was happy that he wasn't a peerless genius.
'Damn it, those bastards called me trash again. Just leave me alone. I am not even an heir anymore.' Dante thought inwardly.

Maybe you should start hugging his legs to leave you some dignity after today." Garry said loudly for everyone to hear in the corridor where many noble children were present.
This was a section where only children were present. All adults were currently gathered in the hall to discuss something. That is why Garry went ahead and tried to trigger Dante.
'Where do these guys even come from? Stupid simps. They are 6 and 7 years old and talking shit like they own the world. I should ignore them.'
Dante thought and started walking away towards the main hall where adults were gathered.

Dante kept going and Garry kept doing trash talk until he said something that triggered him.

Everyone was enjoying the show. They knew that this was something that lower-ranked nobles cant interfere with in any way. So they stood and watched. They didn't like Garry but also didn't pity Dante. This was dog eat dog world. Everyone was out here for his benefit.

Garry looked at Dante with a weird look.

Dante looked towards Dante with serious eyes and started walking towards Garry.

Lily and the troops reached the location of commotion and saw Garry humiliating Dante by calling him trash, loser, and bad luck bringer.
"That little shit. I will beat him to a pulp for making fun of brother." Sam said angrily.
"You can't do that little sam. This is Dantes's fight and in whatever way he handles it. We should respect it." Lily said sadly.
"Samantha what Lily said is true. We can't get involved because this is not our place to interfere." Alice said but she was sad as well.
When they were talking Garry said something and Dante got angry at him.
They were looking at Garry with anger. How dare he called them names that they hated.
Just as they were going to beat Garry for making this personal. Dante's voice sounded.
"You shouldn't have said that about my Sister and Cousin."
The whole place was filled with the Aura of chaotic nature.
"Is this what I think it is," Sam asked Lily.
"Yes, he is going to kill Garry if we don't stop him. This is his innate ability. Only triggered when people he cares about are in danger." Lily said anxiously.
"Let's go and call help. No one here can stop him if he starts to get out of control."
They were going to call for help but stopped due to what happened next.

A chaotic Aura was a nightmare for weak-hearted people. These people were just kids. So they broke up in fear now.

Everyone was disappointed in Garry and the children who sullied themselves.
Lawkeep family was dishonored today by their young master. They left as fast as they could after that.
Now, the main focus was on what would happen to the marriage contract between the duke factions.
All major factions left the spies to gather information and notify families of interest.
This was going to be fun after all.
The face-off between 2 major factions hence began.
