When the spell hit ground, everyone from Dantes's side screamed.
"No!!!" Bella was frightened.
"Why didn't he dodge? I know he can't use Aura but he should have attacked Artifact. He is the son of Dutchess after all." Sarah was losing her mind right about now.
"No way he is dead right? I am sure he has other tricks. He used that spell to safely teleport us from the forest ambush" Razor stated facts to Sarah's Questions.
Sarah became quiet and thought with a deep frown.
They were all scared for their master and friend now.
This barrier has the capability of stopping Grade 1 Aurar's spells 3 times a day and Grade 0 Aurar's spells 10 times.
Spells were graded into 5 ranks. From grade 0 which had one runic circle to complex spells of Rank 4 Aurars namely Grade 4 spells which had 4 runic circles.
Runic circles were fixed inside the soul of the Spell caster and hence it was activated depending on concentration and soul-body compatibility.
These Knife cult members took 15 seconds to activate spells, which was hilarious and not great.
Dante took 4 seconds to activate his star Projection spell which was extremely fast. He could cast at least 4 times while those cast only once.
So, after smoke appeared in Dan's location. The cult member looked happy and wild.
"That brat is dead. Sacrificed to Queen of the night. All death belongs to her, we are just servants."

All cult members started spewing lines from their black bibles.
They were sure no one could survive that attack. Even Salamander Quin who was E+ ranked aurar was not sure of defending against so many attacks at once if taken head-on. He would be hurt badly.
"Okay fine. Where are those brats hiding? We still have our other mission in this Hidden realm to follow." Quin fingered toward the location hidden with bushes and trees.
"Use detection spells, to find those sacrifices pawns." stated one red-clothed cult member, he was a priest of the cult.
"Bring the other sacrifice before that."
If Dante was here he would be shocked to see who was another sacrifice.
Yes, the other sacrifice was "Zebra". He was missing his hands and 1 leg.
Zebra was crying and looked like he was tortured by the cult. His male parts were cut off and only balls were present on his male pack.
He was naked and his skin was peeled from all directions.
"That is Zebra, so they caught him. Shit." Razor was angry at cult members. He knew that dark cult was bad news for anyone who lived in human kingdoms.
"No way. They are so inhuman. How could they be so cruel." Sarah was intimidated by the actions of the cult.
"No, we are going to die. Sacrificed to the dark queen." Bella started crying in tears and fall to the ground.
"Belief in master, he will save us."
All looked at Elsa who was standing with serious expressions and no fear.
The cult members gathered around Zebra and started cutting him with knives.
Zebra died with no chance of returning to life.
"After performing a ritual, I found the location of those sacrifices. They are over there." Priest pointed toward the location of Elsa and others.
"Attack now."
While cult members started chanting and were about to release spells.
Shooting stars appeared. Quin was knocked down towards the forest with extreme force destroying everything in the field.
While all cult members were about to release spells, their heads burst like watermelons burst when fired by pistols.
Behind them, a projectile-like spike remained.

Dantes's voice was heard by all his fellow companions. Dante appeared near them all.
"Star Projection: Starfall"
Yes, Dante had waited until cult members let their guard down to attack them.
Dante had used the Blink spell at the last moment to vanish in the forest and activated the Star movement technique for stealth.
While cult members thought Dante had died. He marked all of them with his strongest piercing projectile technique.

He was not sure about install-killing all of them. So he used tricks to achieve his goals.
'Sadly I couldn't save Zebra. He had unqiue Physique. Shit!'
Zebra had died and Dan was not happy. Zebra had a great future if he was trained accurately and made into a knight of his faction. Zebra could have been an important pillar of his faction but sadly this was not novel and real life. People die here.
If zebra had decided to join Dan then he could have survived. Alas, he was unlucky. His fate was cut short.
'Whatever, I am sure that bastard Salamander survived. I don't think I can defeat him easily. Defensive equipment will also not last long for me. He also has peak defensive equipment as he blocked my attack. He should be down to 90% powers right now at least.'
Dan was calculating everything. Only 5 seconds had passed since he attacked them all. Now Dan was in open and Quin was in dark. Quin was a Knight and not Aurar meaning he could not use spells and only use physical attacks with his Aura.

Dante was sure he was out of the match today. At least he was now hurt. He could think of a few attacks to kill him.

Dante was excited by the new unlocked power. He was sure he would pass out if he used a sword intent for more than 2 minutes.
Now he had enough strength to kill Salamander easily. He won't let his guard down either way.

Dante decided to check the max strength of his skill [Alpha Slash Go]
[Alpha slash Go: Strongest version of Alpha slash obtained from 1st stance of Star sword technique. Releases a 500-meter-long vertical slash in form of star Aura energy. Burns everything around it within 100 meters range. The final attack of 1st stance.

This attack was something that could be considered a final attack from Dante. He needed to use it at the correct time to kill that bastard Quin. This was nearly impossible to dodge unless you have a teleport spell or Artifact.
"You were fine young master. I knew it. You can use Aura energies wow. You are so strong." Elsa was excited and looked at Dan who entered the barrier with delight.
"Why didn't you tell us you are not trash? Was trash persona all fake created to hide your strength from enemies?"
With this question from Sarah, everyone looked at Dan who sat down near Snow and patted her head while she was sleeping.
He knew Quin will attack them and he had already marked him on the map. He could not ambush them anymore.
"Yeah. There is a reason for that. Look at how many enemies were sent to kill me. If they knew I was aurar they would have sent peak ground 0 Aurar and all of us would be dead. Sometimes hiding your powers is the correct choice. Remember this advice if we survive today." Dante laughed while saying the last part.
"Is that quin bastard still alive after such a strong attack by you? How is that possible." Razor looked shocked.
Dante had already collected the blood of Zebra with his devourer ability which had a range of 500 meters right now. Devourers could store all things and even seal curses and abilities if used correctly.
The main feature of a devourer was that it could seal innate talents. Yes, it was one powerful physique and ranked 5th on the official physique ranking of the continent.
Well, the ranking was for their original physique, he had a system-based physique that could level up infinitely. What does that mean? It meant infinite growth and ranking can not be measured for it. Currently, the Grand devourer physique was only level 2 and not that powerful yet.
"He has a defensive artifact but do not worry he is injured now. As far as his strength is concerned, he is stronger than me in terms of Aura emission. He is an E+ knight. Trained through countless battles and has combat expertise. The battle will be difficult. So you guys don't leave this Barrier. It will protect you."
Dante looked at everyone present.
Dante saw that someone was approaching them from the forest far away at a fast speed. He knew the time had come for the battle to the death.
