#Chapter31
Anya's Point of View
I kept pacing back and forth; I'm anxious. I can't wait to see him. No, scratch that; I needed to see him. I can't bear to lose him. I can't take to see him hurt. I still love him.
/"What time are we leaving?/" I asked Brent again. He looked at me, and he sighed.
/"You asked me that Miss Anya for about five times. We will wait for Alpha's order, okay? We will definitely save him, Anya. Please, calm down,/" he said to me. I sat down, and Lilac's handed me a glass of water, which I gladly took and drink.
/"He's okay, isn't he?/" I asked my wolf.
/"I don't know. We know Damien. He will kill our mate because he failed to kill Candice,/" my wolf worriedly said. What if he's dead? God no! There are too many if's swirling inside my head. He's not dead. I can feel it even though our mate bond is weaker. I want to cry, but I need to be strong. Marcus needs me.
