CHAPTER 25

  Mona groaned lightly as the rays of daylight pierced her eyes. Despite knowing she could move around whichever way she prefers, she chooses to leave everywhere dark. Even though it was to make a point which was only hurting her, by the way. She still feels it was necessary to put up a front. Sounds absurd and foolish, but she was willing to take chances anyways.

  Sitting up on the bed, she wrapped her arms around her legs, and her heart went out to her parents. She wondered what state they would be in, worried sick about her. Mona keeps cursing the evil Alpha in her mind. He was the sole reason behind all the problems she was facing.

  "How long has it been this time?" Mona uttered in a coarse voice, her eyes glued to her toes.

  Sansan sighed, "four days and three nights."
