Charles was the great villain of his world, a young boy who dedicated his entire life to causing chaos and destroying the governments that regulated the world.

He killed, tortured, and together with his organization, which expanded over time, committed all sorts of atrocities until the governments unified and did everything to put an end to him.

In the end, surrounded, he chose to blow himself up together with his enemies, thus giving an end to his story, but to his surprise, it didn't end there.
