I don't know about the coffin....

"Brother....I don't know about the coffin but those shinny stones must be expensive...."

"I know....elder brother,but I think we shouldn't take anything from here...."

"I agree little brother...make sure that nobody comes to know about it."

They left the cave only to be welcomed by the tantalizing aroma of roasted boar's meat. The soldiers were all seated on logs outside enjoying the meat and the sight of the two beautiful hobgoblina's serving them.

Some had drool on the corners of their mouth....the presence of their Captain walking out of the gave made them wipe away the lustful looks on their faces.

A tall athletic high-goblin followed behind their Captain. The jaws of the four platoons that hadn't seen the high-goblin before fell.

Captain, walked towards a log and clearing his throat as to gain their attention..... when everyone eyes were fixed on him...

He gestured for his little brother to join him....

"To those who hadn't seen him earlier....meet KONG....my little brother...."

The soldiers were silent at first as they digested their Captain's words, before erupting into loud wild cheers,as they chanted Kong's name.

To them, the fact that their Captain's little brother was a high-goblin with a name meant that if he wished,he could form his own village and they being his elder brother's soldiers would follow along.

For goblin troupes.... wherever the Captain went, they had to follow.

Kong raised his arm and the goblin soldiers fell silent.

"How I became what I am today is a long and scary story.....that I wouldn't tell today...."

The soldiers who were eager to hear his story had their shoulders drop in disappointment.

Kong noticed this but chose to go on....

"I won't hide it from you....."

The goblins moods were lifted as they thought he had decided to narrate the story.....

"I plan on killing the chief...."

The goblins hopes were crushed again but fear later took over when they digested his words.

"I know you are worried about your families and loved ones....that why I asked you to build a fence and sheds to accommodate them here....."

The soldiers cheered as they chanted his name.

"Tonight....the Captain will lead you to get your families to safety,so finish eating and complete the fence and sheds before dusk..."

Loud cheers erupted once more as the soldiers gobbled their meat....

Kong and his elder brother sat on the log they had been standing on and had their share of roasted meat.

"Elder brother.....you know well I have no brains for battle, I hope you have a plan for tonight...?"

The captain patted his shoulder....

"I do....never worry about soldiers stuff, leave that to your elder brother..."

Kong looked at him and then at the soldiers who were heading back to construct the fence.

It only took five hours for the sixty-five soldiers to complete the wooden fence. Kong had instructed them on how to build it. The fence was four and half metres on the outside and three metres on the inside. It had a width of a metre with ladders on the inside to allow access to the top.

The design allowed the soldiers to walk on the inner wall. The higher outer part of the wall acted as a shield. Large holes had been cut on the outer wall at intervals. These acted as viewing ports.

There were a few raised platforms on the wall that were to be used by archers.

Kong had gotten the design from a book given to him by the evil human.

Seeing that it was only a couple of hours before dusk, Kong's elder brother hurried his soldiers.

Actually they would have been done with the fence early if they had used their normal design and not the complicated one, even though it took longer, the Captain was quite impressed by the functionality of the wall.

The instructions on how to build the sheds were also given by Kong. The sheds were each twenty-five strides long and eight strides wide.Kong called them hostels....

The soldiers had to be divided with each platoon building a single hostel. The walls and the roof flame were done in an hour and a half.

Kong knew well that they won't be able to thatch the roof today and so he asked his brother to give the men a thirty minutes rest time before having two platoons go hunt for dinner and the next day meal, while two headed to collect thatching grass.

The last platoon was to cut down more trees for tomorrow's construction.....

The two hobgoblina's were not idle as they had being twisting numerous vines together to form strong ropes. This to was Kong's idea from the book as he wanted to build a gate for his wall tomorrow.

He didn't care wether the chief would retaliate after they attacked tonight for he had planned on turning all the soldiers to hobgoblins tonight.

The power of a single low-tier hobgoblin was enough to thrash a whole platoon....and with sixty-five hobgoblin soldiers,he had nothing to fear.

The hunting platoon was the first to return, they brought back twelve boars,a hundred hares,sixty-two bird eggs and a sack full of wild fruits.

A big campfire was lit as three boars from the morning batch were slaughtered, the hobgoblins had made a few stone pots that were used to cook some vegetable soup mixed with half the batch of eggs.

The goblin soldiers had to look for small pieces of wood and curve dishes for themselves with their knife's.

After everyone had eaten to their fill,Kong stood on the log he had stood on before.

Seeing this,the soldiers went silent....

"Tonight shall mark a new beginning for us....."

The goblins cheered....

Kong took out a bottle from his spatial poach and had his brother call the five lieutenant over,he handed each of them a pill, they were all mid-tier .

"From today henceforth....you are no longer lieutenants but Captain's of the Kong Army..... swallow the pills and be reborn...."

Kong's elder brother had a hard time trying to fight back his laughter. He found his little brother's acting ridiculous but he knew well that he was doing so as to create an image of might and majesty among the soldiers.
