**************

The night was grim, the air heavy with an oppressive silence. An old, shabby bar nestled in the heart of the city's seedy underbelly. The place was dimly lit, with flickering neon signs casting an eerie glow on the cracked walls. It was a place where villains would seek refuge from the prying eyes of heroes and the authorities.

Inside, the bar held a sense of foreboding. Broken glass littered the floor, and the stench of stale alcohol hung in the air. At the center of this dark sanctuary sat Shigaraki, a cunning and charismatic leader. His pale skin and disheveled hair gave him an almost ghostly appearance, a far cry from his animated counterpart. In this world, he was a force to be reckoned with, possessing great leadership skills, a sharp intellect, and an uncanny ability to see through people.

Shigaraki's cold, calculating gaze swept across the group of new members standing before him. Among them were ten prominent figures: Mr. Compress, with his Compression Quirk; Magne, wielding her Magnetism Quirk; Muscular, with his Muscle Augmentation Quirk; Mustard, who could generate a poisonous gas; Moonfish, with his terrifying Blade-Tooth Quirk. There were also five new faces, each with unique Quirks of their own: Blackout, who could control darkness; Cryo, with the ability to manipulate ice; Siren, a master of sonic manipulation; Kismet, with the power to manipulate probabilities; and Conduit, who could control electricity.

In addition to these ten, there were a dozen more aspiring villains, each eager to prove their worth. Shigaraki, with a twisted smile, welcomed them all into the fold, knowing full well that some of them were spies sent by rival organizations.

"Welcome, my friends," Shigaraki began, his voice chilling yet oddly captivating. "Today, we begin a new chapter in our fight against the corrupt society that oppresses us."

Without missing a beat, he led the group to a nearby warehouse, where their abilities would be put to the test. The massive structure loomed in the darkness, casting ominous shadows on the ground. The sound of their footsteps echoed ominously as they entered the building.

Shigaraki's keen eyes darted from one new member to the next, studying their body language, searching for any sign of deception. He watched as they shuffled uneasily, their eyes flickering with nervous energy. It was almost as if he could sense the lies that hung in the air, a palpable tension that only he could perceive.

As he scrutinized them, he noted the slightest hesitation in the movement of one, the barely perceptible tremble of another's hands, and the way a third held their breath. These were the subtle tells that betrayed their true nature – the markers of professionals attempting to blend in, but not quite able to mask their deceit from Shigaraki's shrewd gaze.

With a barely noticeable nod, he signaled to the villains waiting in the shadows of the warehouse. They sprang into action, their movements swift and precise, as they grabbed the suspected spies and pinned them to the ground.

"Tell me who you work for," Shigaraki demanded, his voice cold and unyielding, his eyes boring into the souls of the would-be infiltrators.

At first, the spies remained defiant, their lips sealed shut as they tried to withstand Shigaraki's intense scrutiny. He watched them, unflinching, as beads of sweat began to form on their brows. He could sense their resolve weakening, crumbling under the weight of his relentless gaze.

It was then that the mind-controlling villain stepped forward, his powers reaching into the minds of the spies, tearing away at their mental barriers. As he probed deeper, their eyes widened in terror, their bodies tensing with the strain of resisting his mental invasion.

Finally, two of the spies cracked, their voices trembling as they confessed to being members of the council. The third, his face contorted with pain, gasped for air, his body convulsing before falling limp, lifeless on the cold warehouse floor. The fourth spy, a woman, her eyes filled with desperation and fear, admitted to working for the Quirk Supervision Agency.

Shigaraki's twisted smile never wavered as he watched the spies succumb to the truth, their carefully constructed facades crumbling under the relentless pressure of his unwavering determination to protect his organization. It was a testament to the power of his keen intellect and his ability to see through even the most seasoned professionals.

With the spies dealt with, Shigaraki turned to address the remaining members. "We are the League of Villains," he declared, his voice full of conviction. "We fight for fairness, for control, and for the liberation of our people from the shackles of an oppressive society."

With that, he sent the new members on their way, leaving only Giran, Kurogiri, Dabi, and Shigaraki in the warehouse.

Giran stepped forward, his face etched with concern. "Boss," he began hesitantly, "I failed to find the little girl. And that crazy guy who wanted to join us, he's vanished."

Shigaraki's expression remained impassive as he took in the news. "That's disappointing," he admitted, his voice laced with an unsettling calm. "But we will find them in time. We must focus on what we have now."

Giran nodded, then hesitated for a moment before continuing. "There's something else, Shigaraki. Spinner, the one who idolizes Stain, he's not interested in joining our ranks. He's decided to become a vigilante instead of a villain."

Shigaraki raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Really? A vigilante? That's a curious choice."

Giran nodded. "He's gathered his own team and has been taking down Equity and Anti-Mutant groups. It seems he's determined to carry on Stain's legacy in his own way."

A twisted smile crept across Shigaraki's face. "Interesting. Let him do as he pleases. For now, we have more pressing matters to attend to."

He turned to Kurogiri, Dabi, and Giran, the darkness in the warehouse casting ominous shadows across their faces. "We have a long road ahead of us, my friends. We must be united, focused, and unrelenting in our pursuit of our goals."

With a newfound determination in his voice, Shigaraki continued, "Remember, we are the League of Villains. We will tear down the corrupt society that has oppressed us for so long, and together, we will build a new world in its ashes."

The three villains nodded in agreement, their loyalty to Shigaraki unwavering. They knew they were part of something much greater than themselves, and they were willing to do whatever it took to see their leader's vision come to fruition.

As they left the warehouse, the night seemed to grow darker, the oppressive silence returning. But within the shadows, the League of Villains continued to grow, their influence spreading like a sinister infection throughout the city.
