Mokami listened, as he often did, to the buzz of conversation, the flurry of theories and ideas. The image of the disaster-stricken simulation flickered on the screen, casting ghostly shadows on their worried faces. Each one of them had something unique to contribute, something valuable. And it was his job to make use of those unique capabilities.

He finally moved, subtly, but enough to draw the room's attention. His stern gaze swept over them, causing a lull in the conversation. The confidence in his eyes, unyielding and unwavering, was a familiar sight to them.

"We're not just students anymore," Mokami began, his voice cutting through the low hum of their thoughts. "This isn't a training exercise or a school lesson. This is a catastrophe, a disaster. And we are the heroes sent in to deal with it."

A still silence washed over them, as the weight of his words sank in. They were no longer training to become heroes, they were acting as heroes, something which they had only dreamed of a few years ago.

"We need to split up," Mokami continued, a strategic glint in his eyes. "Each team should have a mix of abilities, able to handle different situations. And we'll need leaders, those who can think on their feet, who can keep a cool head under pressure."

Mokami locked eyes with Momo. "Momo, you're the leading and will coordinate the rest of us. Your quirk lets you create anything we might need, and you have a knack for staying composed in a crisis. It's the ideal mix for leadership. You will be responsible for communication between teams and lead them."

Momo's response was a nod, her eyes flashing with determination. "Understood."

Next, Mokami turned towards Mina, with her eye-catching pink hair, and Bakugo, always ready for a fight. "Mina, Bakugo, you're both with me on the demolition team. Mina's Acid and Bakugo's explosive quirk will be vital for clearing debris."

Mina nodded, her eyes alight with readiness. "On it, boss."

Bakugo, arms crossed, snorted. "Just don't get in my way, Alien Queen."

Turning to Jiro, Toru, Asui, and Yui, Mokami continued, "You four will be the search and rescue team. Toru's stealth, Asui's adaptability, Yui's size manipulation, and Jiro's sensory abilities will be crucial in locating victims."

Acknowledgement was clear in their focused expressions.

Mokami then looked at Itsukae, Kirishima and Tokoyami. "You three will initially be working with us in the demolition team. But when any enemies arrive, we shift gears. Your offensive quirks will then handle these large-scale threats."

Next, he addressed Ojiro and Ida. "Your speed and mobility place you in the rapid response team. You'll be the first to react to any evolving situations."

Shifting his attention to Sero and Mineta, Mokami went on, "Sero, you and Mineta are in charge of evacuations and emergency first aid. Your tape will be instrumental in quick rescues and providing immediate medical aid."

Midoriya received a pensive look from Mokami. "Midoriya, with your deep understanding of hero tactics, together with Uraraka and Todoroki's unique quirks, you form the adaptable team. Your flexibility will be key."

Finally, Mokami turned to Shoji and Aoyama. "You two are the support team. You'll coordinate with everyone else, stepping in with assistance wherever necessary."

There was something about Mokami's certainty, his level-headedness in assigning roles, that put an air of assurance around them. His words, delivered in a steady, commanding tone, made the enormity of the task at hand seem a little less daunting, a little more manageable.

Nodding to the Class 1-A's approval, Mokami set about producing small earpieces from his palm. These earpieces, each perfectly tailored to fit into ears comfortably, contained a short-range communication device to ensure constant contact between all team members. He distributed them, ensuring each of his classmates had one. He also created five extra sets for each team leader, to be handed over to students from other schools if the need arose for coordinated efforts.

The atmosphere in the room was electric as they secured the earpieces, the task set out in front of them taking a more tangible form. Mokami's silent yet commanding presence anchored them, a lighthouse amidst a turbulent sea.

Once everyone was equipped, the class settled into a tense silence, waiting for the second stage - the "Fake" Rescue Mission - to begin. Mokami already knew the details, of course, but he made no move to share them. This was part of the test, after all.

With the full gravity of the task now understood, the room was electric with anticipation and an undercurrent of anxiety. Every eye was trained on the screens, their expressions a mask of grim determination.

As the broadcast began, the calamity erupted on the screen, depicting the extent of destruction that had occurred. "Villains have committed an act of terrorism!" The announcement blazed through the room, amplified by the screams and chaos unfolding on the screen. "The affected area is the entirety of the city. The destruction of numerous buildings has resulted in a large number of victims."

A collective gasp filled the room as the details of the scenario sunk in. Kirishima clenched his fists tightly, muttering, "This is insane..."

The announcer continued relentlessly, "The damage to the roads is severe. The first-response emergency unit will be considerably late to arrive."

Jiro's earjacks twitched, her eyes narrowing as she focused on the screen. "That means..."

"Until they arrive, all rescue activities on site will be left to heroes' command," Mare finished, his voice stern, leaving no room for uncertainty. "Save every life you can!" The finality in his tone echoed through the room, marking the official start of the second stage.

As the reality of the mission set in, the room fell into a heavy silence, their gaze trained on the screen that now displayed the disaster-stricken city. Their anticipation was quickly replaced by the sheer weight of the responsibility they now shouldered.

With the announcement set in, every student in the room dashed towards the exam location. Despite the chaos and fear gripping the hearts of students from other classes, Class 1-A moved with a unified rhythm, a coordinated dance that had been carefully choreographed by Mokami.

Momo, as the head of all teams, immediately initiated her quirk, producing several high-tech, handheld communication devices. "Teams," she began, her voice steady, even as adrenaline coursed through her veins. "Switch to channel three for internal communications. Let's keep each other updated."
